Overall normal stay , the only good thing is location.
Pros:

The location was good with the View of Green Dome.

Cons:

Parking at 50SAR per day , the beds were not comfortable as compared to other hotel's, i was expecting 90x180 , but they were less than that, bed seems very old. i Didnt knew they were charging for parking before the booking.

Not bad.
Pros:

It was in general ok for a very short stay.

Cons:

Lights could be repaired in the room I stayed. No hair dryer. No landline to call the reception. No towels. Seperate charge for parking.
