駐車場も広く、館内も清潔、掃除が行き届き、受付の方の対応が大変温かく、家庭的な印象を受けました。説明も丁寧で、何の不安もなく、過ごせたこと、大変嬉しく思います。天然温泉もタイミング良く、貸し切り状態で、温泉の温度も丁度良く、照明も癒し系のブルーで、旅の疲れが和らぎました。お酒のバーで試飲もでき、地酒の宣伝になっていること、素晴らしいと思いました。朝食の手作りパンも焼き立てで、食べる前から食欲をそそりました。クロワッサン、クリームチーズにハムの入ったパンをいただきました。私好みの味で、大変美味しくいただきました。おかずもフードロスが生じないように、小さなサイズにしていることも、大変好感をもてました。ヨーグルトも濃厚、桜饅頭？こちらも大変美味しくいただきました。朝食会場もスタッフさんが、目配り、気配りをされていて、出来立てのパンを増やされていました。大変おいしいので、遅い時間だとなくなってしまうと思います。朝一番に会場に入られることを、お勧めします。ここは是非とも、また利用したいと思うホテルです。顧客満足No1になることでしょう。

Big parking space

Cons:

Check-in took more than 45 minutes because of a system error. I have made around 50 stays in Japan through booking.com and this is the 1st time my reservation payment did not match the hotel system. Staff demanded payment which I have already fully paid through the booking platform. It was frustrating and tiring dealing with this after a long day of traveling and sightseeing. They eventually sorted out and checked us in but by then the experience has negated whatever nice facilities and amenities the hotel might have offered.

全体的にはすごく良かったです。
Pros:

キレイで清潔感もあって良かったです。

Cons:

・女性スタッフの人が1人お客さんを接客してるので
用事あり待っていたのですが男性スタッフの人いたのに
片付けをしていて目が合っても対応してくれなかった
のは残念でした。
・朝食のカレーが7時過ぎには売り切れていて残念
でした。
・お店の外の看板がわかりずらかったです。

朝食がおいしかった。パンがおいしい。ウェルカムドリンクがあって、うれしい。枕の調節ができ、触った感じが良い枕でした。
