Niewygodne łóżko
Pokoje czyste.
Zdecydowanie jedzenie i restauracja. Śniadania bardzo słabe, a jak przyszliśmy na kolację to mimo braku innych osób czekaliśmy na zamówienie 50 min. Jedno z dań było spalone i nie do zjedzenia. A było to danie z menu dziecięcego. Jest potencjał, ale totalnie niewykorzystany.
W tej cenie jest ok.
Pokojom na pewno przydałby się remont. W strefie spa panowała ciemność, światełka nie są zapalona jak na zdjęciu.

Hotel nie poinformował mas, że w dniu przyjazdu będzie impreza w restauracji, dostaliśmy pokój nad restauracją i od razu po przyjeździe poprosiliśmy o wymianę pokoju na inny gdyż byliśmy z 3 -letnim dzieckiem ale nasza prośba nie została spełniona. Do 3 nad ranem nikt z nas nie mógł zasnąć z powodu głośnej muzyki. Poprosiłam też o łóżeczko dla dziecka a dostałam składaną metalową dostawke dla osoby dorosłej. Gdybym wiedziała wcześniej, że w hotelu będzie impreza na pewno odwołała bym tą rezerwację. Pisałam też po pobycie do bookingu o zadośćuczynienie, ale ani hotel and booking nie zrealizowali mojej prośby a rezerwacja wcale tania nie była. Rzadko mi coś przeszkadza w hotelach, ale tym razem byłam bardzo zawiedziona, pozdrawiam.
