Po wejściu do hotelu okazało się że otrzymałam kartę do pokoju już zajętego, recepcjonistka krzywo spojrzała i powiedziała że nie może mi dać zatem tego pokoju i już pokoju w moim standardzie wykupionym przez booking nie ma a że mam ofertę bezzwrotną to nie otrzymam zwrotu pieniędzy. Kiedy powiedziałam że jestem z dzieckiem i muszą mi zapewnić nocleg stwierdziła, że może mi dac pokój o niższym standardzie- nie miałam wyjścia i musiałam w nim zostać. Widok z okna na betonowe mury zniszczonego budynku, odpadająca klapa do WC, stare meble, brudne firanki… wybrałam ten hotel ze względu na strefę spa a na stronie nie był info, że jacuzzi jest nieczyne o czym też zorientowałam się dopiero po zejściu na basen, który też był niestrzeżony i strasznie ciemny bez możliwości położenia nigdzie ręczników - brak leżaków i wszystko w trakcie “budowy”, a woda lodowata. Nie polecam kompletnie, kiedy chciałam numer do managera by omówić tą syt dostałam odp ze manager jest niedostępny i nie da się z nim rozmawiać. Nie usłyszałam ani razu słowa “przepraszamy za niedogodności jedynie wykręcanie oczu gdy pytałam o kolejne usterki tej “rezerwacji”. Niesmak pozostał a miał być miły pobyt z córką w hotelu na noc ….
