Przyjechałam znacznie wcześniej przed wyznaczoną godziną zameldowania. Po rejestracji byłam mile zaskoczona uprzejmością personelu — bez problemu zaproponowano mi możliwość pozostawienia bagażu, ponieważ musiałam jeszcze załatwić kilka spraw, a poruszanie się po mieście z walizkami byłoby bardzo niewygodne.
Po powrocie otrzymałam pokój dwuosobowy z dwoma pojedynczymi łóżkami. Pokój był niewielki, ale czysty, schludny i przytulny.

Cons:

Po pierwsze, po przyjeździe na recepcji poinformowano mnie, że basen nie działa. Było to dla mnie niemiłą niespodzianką, ponieważ wybrałam ten hotel właśnie ze względu na basen.
Po drugie, w łazience prysznic oraz grzejnik do suszenia ręczników były zamontowane bardzo wysoko, co powodowało duży dyskomfort podczas użytkowania.
Po trzecie, w pokoju nie znalazłam szlafroka ani kapci. Biorąc pod uwagę, że hotel oferuje basen, obecność tych udogodnień wydaje się całkowicie uzasadniona i potrzebna.

Raczej nie chciałbym powtarzać tej wizyty.

Miła i pomocna obsługa, która starała się rozwiązać wszystkie problemy.

Cons:

Czystość. Zdecydowanie pozostawia bardzo wiele do życzenia, mój pokój był niezdatny do użytkowania. Dawno nie widziałem tak źle przygotowanego obiektu. Po zwróceniu uwagi Pani z recepcji, mój pokój został wymieniony na inny, o wyższym standardzie. Dodam, że zarezerwowany przeze mnie pokój, to pokój „deluxe”.
