Area nice although close to airport, which was perfect for me. Can be recommended for those having a quick stopover in Saigon.

Cons:

Room small with window out to a "vertical tunnel", more than towards a backyard but ventilation good.

Todo fue maravilloso. Iluminación, comodidad, tranquilo, ubicación a 7min del aeropuerto, limpieza, atención de los recepcionistas, incluso tienen un pequeño restaurante con desayunos y meriendas algo rápido. A dos pasos hay comercios, restaurantes, farmacias.
