Pros:

Хочу выделить персонал. Нас с женой он очень впечатлил. Я давно не сталкивался с таким профессиональным подходом. Всегда помогут, все подскажут. Если и возвращаться в Далат, то только в этот отель.

Cons:

Если честно, мы впервые в этом городе. И может не попали в вайб. Но этот отель как оазис в пустыне. Из него не хотелось выходить. Возможно нужен кондиционер в тренажерный зал помощнее

Good rooms but they will rip you off on extra charges
Pros:

Room was comfortable and clean

Cons:

The hotel’s gym was not available due to renovation and there was a weird smell in the entire hotel. I did one bag of laundry and they charged med over 3 million dong which is equivalent to ca $115 USD. For reference, that’s ca 1/3 of the total cost for all nights and in other hotels we paid 150k Dong or $6USD for the same amount of laundry. They will rip you off at this hotel.

Rất hài lòng về KS, có dịp đi Đà Lạt chắc chắn sẽ quay lại để ở.

Cons:

chỉ duy nhất 1 điều k hài lòng là có 1 bạn phục vụ dưới nhà hàng ăn. bạn ấy ban đầu có ấn tượng rất ok vì thấy đi từng bạn hỏi về đồ ăn.. nhưng đến khi thấy con gái m đang ngồi cầm đt thì bạn bảo con gái m mở đánh giá giúp chú và bạn ấy đọc cho con gái m viết cả lời đánh giá. mình k hài lòng điểm đó có nhắc bạn ấy, việc đánh giá là của khách hàng, sao bên KS lại làm như thế. và sự việc này m đã phản ánh lại bên quầy lễ tân khi đi ra check out ngày hôm đó.
