Reputation has exceeded previous generation of hotels, wouldn't stay anywhere else in Dalat lakeside
Pros:

Suite room exceeds my expectations in every aspect, from the attentive staff to the spotless cleanliness and thoughtful amenities. The space is spacious, quiet, and beautifully designed, and the bed is extremely comfortable. Every request was handled quickly and with genuine warmth, making the stay feel effortless. I’d happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dalat.

Cons:

Spa doesn’t have that warm, welcoming vibe—it felt a bit cold and impersonal from the moment I walked in — so I decided to go elsewhere.

Extremely luxurious hotel, reminds me of hotels in London or Switzerland

Gorgeous new hotel, very high end.
The rooms are beautifully decorated, all details are perfect.

Pros:

Абсолютно новый отель. Торжественный вход с живыми цветами. Люкс с изысканным внутренним наполнением (мягкая мебель, отдельная спальня, широкая кровать, хорошее постельное белье.) Идеальная чистота, очень уютно, много декора не свойственного для отелей Вьетнама. Достойный завтрак. Хорошим бонусом является ресторан А ля карт на первом этаже отеля, торговый центр и прогулочная дорожка вокруг озера. БЛАГОДАРИМ команду отеля за работу и желаем отелю дальнейшего процветания!!! Отдельное спасибо за возможность бронировать номер без предоплаты.

An excellent hotel with staff and facilities to match. This hotel exceeded all of our expectations.
Pros:

The hotel is absolutely immaculate and all the rooms are of a good size we sneaked into a suite and it was huge. Our balcony room was overlooking the older town on the 4th floor and was still a good size with a huge bed to get lost in. Linen and all the room essentials were ideal. The hotel staff are excellent ambassadors for the brand and the hotel. This is truly a great find... I'm reluctant to recommend it in case it gets too popular.
