Muy mala atención la chica rubia joven de recepción

Las habitaciones muy correctas Wi-Fi bien, cómodo, baños limpios el único problema, la chica de la recepción

Cons:

Nada más llegar la chica de la recepción nos atendió de malas maneras cualquier pregunta que se le hacía la contestaba mal gesticulando y luego contraté el parking. Cuando me explicó al terminar, le pregunté si al entrar tenía que volver a meter la tarjeta y me contestó de muy malas maneras no sé qué problema tiene, pero si no le gusta su trabajo que busque otro

Correcto para una estancia corta
Pros:

La habitación era amplia y estaba muy limpia. Mención especial para el personal de limpieza, que resolvió de forma rápida y muy amable un pequeño incidente que tuvimos con un bote de gel.

Cons:

Para ser un hotel de cuatro estrellas, se notó la ausencia de detalles habituales en esta categoría, como productos de bienvenida o café y té a disposición del huésped. La cafetería, compartida con el hospital, no estaba a la altura en cuanto a calidad. Por último, la entrada al parking y el acceso al hotel desde el mismo están muy mal señalizados.

Cons:

Nao tem estacionamento gratis, estacionamento muito caro 11 Euros
Nao tem pequeno almoço incluído. Tens que tomar pequeno almoco num café e te cobram 9 euros por um café com leite e um croissant misto. Restaurante à noite fechado.
