It was a great experience and we will definitely be returning.
Pros:

The rooms were exceptional and clean.

Cons:

We were on the 7th floor and there was noise late at night emanating from the 8th floor which sounded like staff cleaning and moving furniture. This occurred after 10pm.

I had a good stay and coming back for sure
Pros:

cleanliness, staff was friendly and useful, room was nice with the balcony. Iron and ironing board was there unlike other hotels. Im definitely coming back

Cons:

My battery died couldn't order uber I walked to the nearest mall but it is not the hotels faults, if possible can we implement charging services

A luxurious stay with thoughtful service.
Pros:

The moment you walk into Coastlands Skye Hotel, you’re greeted by the most beautiful scent. The aesthetics are absolutely astunning. Everything is sleek, modern and well put together. And the cleanliness is top tier. You can tell they take real pride in maintaining the space.

What truly made my stay unforgettable was the exceptional service. I had requested a top-floor room for the views, and not only did they accommodate me, they went above and beyond. I was upgraded to a more premium room than what I had originally booked. That level of thoughtfulness and generosity genuinely meant so much to me.

Cons:

The was a random weird Indian lady in a mini dress walking about in the parking lot, she looked like a prostitute and it looked like she was looking for clients and she kept advertising herself to my husband whilst we were at the parking lot, I don't think she realized that I was in the car until she literally walked up closer to the car and saw me. We stayed in the car in shock because we didn't know whether she was a prostitute, criminal or a mentally unstable person . She was wandering around the parking lot the whole time. It was giving horror movie vibes. She was so weird.
