The noise that the pipes makes from other room it disturbs your sleep

The distribution of one excess card yet u booked for to does not make sense because when one leave the room eg for smoking the room stays dark

The telephone does not have a guide that when u dial reception u press what number

I had to call using my cellphone to ask

Pros:

Very modern, spacious and ultra-clean. The bed was comfortable and the linen crisp. The design of the room was excellent. One of the best hotel rooms I have ever stayed in.
