The room was shabby with ceilings & walls with cracks, linen is in bad condition n needs immediate change. Railway bed sheets were much more better n many reviewer I notice have written abt this. No action

Extremely Poor Hygiene and Maintenance

I would not recommend staying at this property. The overall cleanliness was very poor: from the lift and staircases to the washrooms and even the bedsheets. There were paan stains on the staircase, the lift was an outdated manual one that you have to slide open by hand, the rooms were small, and the washroom was in an unhygienic condition.

Location is great but needs some polishing
Pros:

It was not my first stay over here. The location is best.

Cons:

The bedsheets were not looking clean when I checked in.
It was also raining a lot during my stay. Rain water was entering the room through the window edges, close to where I had my phone charging!
No adapter was provided for my British three pin socket. Much smaller hotels in India have been able to provide them for me. I had to buy my own.

Ok enough
Pros:

Location is good, near the Andheri train station, but very noisy for the same reason, because of the constant car honking. The photos are of the rooms alright, but probably taken years ago, when walls were still intact.

The staff is more than helpful, everything we needed they provided so that makes you feel like at home.

The hotel has elevator so that's ok for luggage carrying.

Overall, since we are not the most picky people, the experience was ok, but, if we had known some things before arriving, we would have enjoyed more our experience.

Cleaning was good enough, beds had clean, but not white, linen. The floor didn't seem vacuumed or mopped, but it didn't bother us too much.

As a conclusion, if you are not from around, you'll probably expect more, but for this price we felt we received what they promised so no complaints there

Pros:

It is good value for money and close to the airport if you have an early morning flight.

Cons:

They charge far too much for an airport drop service. Unfortunately my flight was too early to seek for Uber taxi myself
