Not so good
Pros:

Right on ferry port

Cons:

Staff were horrible and extremely unhelpful. Locked myself out of room and i had to walk round to there restaurant were they spoke to me like Sh*te in front of other customers

Clean comfortable and staff on the phone are great!
Pros:

Perfect for the night, comfortable, clean, spacious and had everything needed. Didn’t mind the lack of window for the night.

Cons:

Access can be tricky. But the staff on the phone were very helpful!

Great location. Bright decorating. The lack of a window was ok.

Cons:

The water pressure in the sink faucet blasts water and is hard to moderate. It splashed all over! The hinges on the bathroom door really need oiling- every use was so loud in that little room!

The staff were lovely and helpful over the phone and everything was fine apart from the bed design.
Pros:

It was extremely clean and well appointed. Everything was new and well looked after.

Cons:

The bed was too high off the floor with a hard edge which made getting in and out of bed extremely uncomfortable.

Good place to stay if on a day trip to isle of Mull or passing through.
Pros:

Property 2 minutes from Calmac port, Railway station and bus Station. Room clean and tidy. Room of ok size, Bath room good size for room with good size shower. Liked the decor of the room.

Cons:

Bed was a bit too high of the floor, had to climb into bed. One of the front doors to the property would not lock shut on its own, had to be pulled/pushed shut, could be a security issue as any could enter the property.

Superb location to connect with ferry , train or bus.
Pros:

Superb location. Very close to the Oban ferry terminal, train station and bus stop. Facilities in the room worked well.

Cons:

There is a foul smell coming up from the drain.

It was clean, comfortable, affordable and an excellent location for the ferry.

Cons:

Nothing. It was completely upfront about being windowless, unmanned etc, so we knew exactly what we were getting.
