It's okay to stay overnight
Pros:

Bathtub, the stuff, and the lobby

Cons:

Old room with a tiny window, very loud ventilation system, dusty carpet and curtains, everything smells old

Very pleasant
Pros:

Clean, quiet, public transport, very comfortable bed, good staff, mini fridge, nice decor, warm, good heating, close to airport, good value. Could take a public bus to airport rather than shuttle.

Cons:

Public transport bus into central London took a long time, not near tube station.

A reliable rest stop after a gruelling long haul flight
Pros:

Conveniently close to Heathrow to rest after a flight from Australia. Good soundproofing and comfy bed for a restful night’s sleep.

Cons:

Unfortunately this time I arrived when the hotel was overrun by passengers from a cancelled flight. I had to queue for a long while to check in and I did not get any assistance with conveying 2 large suitcases and carryon to my room which was located as far as possible from the lifts. Not great when exhausted after 26 hours of travelling.

Not a great hotel
Pros:

We got an upgrade to a junior suite and staff were friendly. There gym was awesome

Cons:

The rooms are very dated and tired. The water pressure in the shower was a joke - they said they would send a technician but it was not a technical issue - merely the savings measures by the hotel. Breakfast - expensive and the food quality was below average. Loads of room to improve.

Great Stay with Excellent Gym and Friendly Staff
Pros:

I had a pleasant stay overall. The gym was excellent and felt very modern and well-equipped. Although a couple of machines had screens that were not working, it was still a high-quality fitness space. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. I also enjoyed the breakfast, especially the good range of vegan options such as plant-based milks, coconut yoghurt, and vegan sausages, which I really appreciated.

Cons:

My room was comfortable, but as it was located at the end of the corridor near the car park barrier, it felt quite dark and I needed to keep the lights on most of the time. There was hanging space for clothes, but no drawers or shelves to unpack into, which would have been helpful. It would also be great to see a wider choice of vegan food for dinner, and more cereal options at breakfast, such as granola.

Very poor
Pros:

Close to the airport

Cons:

Bedroom had dirty stained carpets and smelled of cigarettes including the bedding, very small room, dead bugs around the nets and cigarette burns in the nets despite being a non smoking room, not a comfortable nights sleep after a 13 hour flight, very disappointing

Do not stay here.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Rooms stank of cigarette smoke and weren't as described - I booked a Premium King Deluxe room for 3 people and was told there would be a king and a single bed or three single beds (not cots). Room was smaller than pictures and the third "bed" was a roll out cot that fit under the main double bed. We were shown 2 or 3 different rooms - none of which have active fire alarms by the way, as the windows don't open and there was an overwhelming smell of stale cigarette smoke in all of them. We were eventually given an upgrade as the room I had booked basically didn't exist. Décor dated and shabby, worn carpets and dark labyrinthian corridors. Staff were extremely rude, and we were deliberately overcharged at the hotel bar/restaurant - staff lied about it and had to generate the bill 3 times to get it right, all the while condescending and arguing with us like the scam artists they are. As if London isn't bad enough for being ripped off these days... I've travelled extensively and can honestly say you would be in more trustworthy company in the backstreets of New Delhi than at this hotel. Very dodgy and very bad energy. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone who is expecting a British 4* hotel.
