Absolutely everything! The Check in staff are amazing, they couldn’t be more helpful- nothing is too much trouble. I also really enjoy the restaurant, they make an excellent Margarita!! AND they have a gym, which is much needed after a long flight.!

Water leaked into the wardrobe during the night soaking clothes. I was promised someone would be in contact about laundry compensation. No contact has been made.
The room was tired and no electric outlet near the bed.
Easy. Comfortable and clean.
I was charged for parking at checkin but then had to pay again when I exited the Carpark, to catch an early flight.

Room service - charged £5 tray charge but forgot to give ordered food
I requested a wake up call - pretty essential for an airport hotel. It didnt happen!
Very close to the airport which was great as we had a very early flight. Car park was adequate but was a little confusing regarding the payment. Two restaurants to choose from, although the food looked to be the same in both.
Room was ok but in the corridors there were trays of leftovers outside people’s room’s with some stains on the carpets and furniture.
Decent breakfast, quiet room with comfortable bed.

Upon check-in, reception was busy, but one member of staff attempted to charge my credit card for the full two-night stay booked through Booking.com, which was incorrect and even included the £50 per night security deposit. To their credit, the issue was identified and addressed professionally, and I was informed that the staff member was new and undergoing training.
For context, I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past and did not experience similar issues on those occasions.
Staff were really nice, friendly and helpful.
The hallways and carpets seemed tired.
