Room service menu is very limited and over priced
Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable.
The curtains were dirty and I have since lost my voice. In addition the room smelt like some person was smoking in it. Deodorizer was used but it did not resolve the situation.

I paid for 3 nights stay from 9 January to 12 January 2026 but I eventually stayed for 2 nights due to an emergency call. I had to leave on 11 January. Despite informing the facility even on the first day, It was impossible to get any kind of refund for the extra day. Also, the facility collected 150£ refundable deposit from me for the stay but 3 months after and with back and forth mails with “apologies” , I am yet to get my refund.
I had a very quiet room. Shower was fantastic. Bed comfy. Lots of great extras: milk for tea, sewing and manicure mini pacs.
My access card kept demagnetizing.
