First impressions on arrival very good.
Hotel has a high quality finish.
It advertises as close to Heathrow T5 but it is actually closer to T2 and 3 , so it was a longer taxi ride to get to T5 terminal than anticipated.
Very clean and comfotable. Good service in the restaunt for breakfast and dinner. Very helpful front of house, the houskeeping team are very accomodating.
Unfortunatly the bar area was closed ,we found this area very relaxing on previous stays.
