we enjoyed 5 days and 4 nights at the Venetian and are thoroughly impressed
the staff is pleasant and professional
the facility is spectacular
our suite was in the Palazzo tower and our guests' suite was in one of the other towers
we enjoyed dining at many of the restaurants - but Gjelina is our favorite (ask for a table in Olivier's section - he is amazing)
please also consider the concierge lounges - the staff is premium
and, if possible, treat yourself to a show at the Sphere; it is unreal
It might feel overwhelming to check into this grand palace with all the people and subsequent cacophony, but the details command attention and appreciation. This place is a respectful, loving Valentine to its inspiration, and what was done to make you feel like you're in Venice is astounding. The rooms are thoughtfully designed and appointed with large windows, which afforded me a mesmerizing view of the Sphere. The other aspect I need to point out is the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, like everyone I dealt with. I confess that I have attained the title of “curmudgeon”, but this place and its staff brought out the best in me because, well, I was truly happy here.
Everything from the entrance to the stay was magnificent and too short for one night. I hope to go back again soon.
I love the service of the front desk and the service of the staff on the casino and cleanest of the hotel. I lost my phone in the casino and the staff help me to find it.my room was perfect, clean and great condition.
The best of the best. Room is so clean and convenience. A lot of restaurant for your choice.
Beautiful room with a view of the Sphere at a good price. Friendly and professional service. They were accommodating to my mobility issues.
Great hotel in a great location. Spacious rooms and tons of high end restaurants and shops. Family friendly and quiet. Special shout out to Chey at the front desk who was more than friendly, accommodating, and helpful when we checked in.
Not worth the price. For the amount I paid you would think that a complimentary bottle of water would be provided. Everything is so expensive here. Just $62 a night for the resort fee which doesn’t include the room. I might have money but no one likes to be taken advantage of. I will not be coming back here.
The most beautiful in general, however for the price I think they should improve some things, for example, for the price of the room we should have access to water directly in the room and not have to go to the lobby to ask for it, just as it should have a coffee maker, I mean pay 500 for a room, it is a service that lower quality hotels provide, at the same time they do not have anything in the bathrooms, I mean they do not even provide shower caps, nor any basic bathroom kit, something that is common in hotels. However, the cleanliness was excellent, the VIP lounge service was excellent.
Spent the last day at the casino, went shopping, had a great meal and got engaged . Love this place!!
The room was very nice and clean, however the key card received at check-in didn't work, so we had to contact the front desk and wait approx 20 minutes for someone to come up and bring new keys. We were offered (and paid for) an upgrade to "Strip View" on check-in, but it was totally NOT worth it. The "view" of the Strip was only a sliver of Caesars Palace across the street if we cocked our head sideways and twisted our neck. We won't be wasting money on that again. The TV remotes were extremely hard to use, either from low batteries or buttons not working from excessive use. I would stay here again as it is very central on the strip and easy to get to other places. It is also the closest hotel to the Sphere.
A wonderfull experience, we spent 3 nights 4 the bsb concert and everything was amazing
Location and room size.
Cleanliness is not that great. No amenities in the rooms.
No one willing to help you here. I found my stay here very frustrating for a number of reasons.
I do have to say, my room was ready quick, so things started great, but it went down from there. I elected to upgrade my room for approx $60, not sure it was worth it.
1. Worst side of the tower with the endless construction all night long. All I heard was a jackhammer going all night. I am not a light sleeper, and I hardly ever have noise complaints, but I had the worst sleep of my life. I did phone in the morning to see if they would be willing to compensate a little or help me out with a late check out that day.
2. I called to ask for late check out due to the noise and needing to sleep longer before my flight, they did extend a little, but not enough. I didn’t ask for a refund, I wasn’t looming for that, but just some help with a late night flight and not wanting to deal with the 2 hr bell desk line (yes, huge line to drop bags with like 2 people working it …. Brutal). The easiest thing they could have done would have been just to comp me one night and this review would be much more positive. It’s the offseason, I cannot even imagine how much of a gong show this place is when it is actually busy.
3. Huge bell desk line …. I just wanted to go sit by the pool for the rest of the day before my flight … wow this was difficult. They wouldn’t let me bring my luggage to the pool … okay I guess I kinda get that … but then have a bell desk by the pool also!! Problem solved? No, so I had to walk so far back to the lobby and wait in the 2hr bell desk line (okay maybe it wasn’t 2 hrs but it was a long time … brutal). So by the time I get my bags stored and back to the pool, now there are no seats where I wanted to be in the sun (there was when I got there first).
4. Inaccurate pool operation times. Website and directory says closes at 5, nope closes at 4 apparently… not sure why. So at 2:30 I go order food by the pool? Nope can’t take my order b/c they closed food due to closing early at 4 …. What?! Why?! It’s 2:30? How can you not get me some chips and salsa still??? So now I’m hungry and irritated even more. It’s warm, sunny clear day, why 4?!
The entire time while I’m asking for help, the response is not customer service worthy. I’m not a rich person, so I don’t matter to this place. So I’ll sit it out at the pool, hungry and hope for better after 4:00 … but my hopes are not high.
Better off at the Cosmo, Aria, Caesar’s etc where they actually try to help and solve problems, no matter how much $$ you have.
Doubt I’ll ever stay here again.
Gorgeous Pools and comfortable beds.
We were in the second tower and it was quite the walk to get to our room, seemed far away and had to take different elevators to get to our floor.
