Avoid this riad as much as you can, past ratings induced lot of errors
Pros:

- Staff is nice and welcoming, some of them being great guitar players and singers
- Room are nice but decoration choices are sometimes surprising and bathrooms are a bit old

Cons:

- There is a rooftop next to the hotel, playing music past midnight, which makes it difficult to sleep
- Rooftop was never prepared to allow for relaxation, there are random guys on the rooftop while you are relaxing and sun bathing, they smoke, so does guests in the room and because it's a riad, you end up with smoking smell in your own room as well
- Breakfast area and the breakfast itself is a disaster, both quality and taste. I got sick, they claim to diversify it as some people stay a full week, but the reality is that the food is bad, you don't have the usual Moroccan dishes, orange juice is not freshly squeezed, coffee is bad, hygiene can be questioned
- inconsistency issue with Booking, but in the end, Amex can not be used
Overall the riad is owned by Americans who killed all the oriental and welcoming spirit of the Morocco and are just leveraging it, trying to capitalize the whole experience

positivo: Il personale molto gentile e disponibile. La camera ci è stata pulita e sistemata.
la colazione ottima, dolci freschi e variati.

Cons:

negativo : la stanza che ci è stata assegnata era sul rooftop, la porta non era una vera e propria porta, sembrava un armadio e si chiudeva con un lucchetto. la stanza si trova in mezzo a diversi bar e la musica si sente fino a mezzanotte. c’era un’odore sgradevole di chiuso, il letto molto duro e sul pavimento c’era un’impronta di un piede nudo. anche il pavimento del bagno era piuttosto sporco

Très beau riad, excellent emplacement et personnel adorable
Pros:

Les chambres sont superbes, l’emplacement du riad est idéal pour se balader dans le souk et les lieux emblématiques de Marrakech. Le personnel est aux petits soins, merci à Redouane et toute l’équipe.

Cons:

Nous avons dû payer 10 euros de supplément parce que nous avons payé en euros, cela n’était indiqué nulle part, pas même sur booking. Impossible également de payer une partie en dirham et l’autre par carte. Pas très arrangeant.

Far from what we expected
Pros:

We got there late, the person were at the desk was really nice but the room they gave us was far from ok.

Cons:

They gave us a room on the rooftop, the doors couldn’t close properly you had to put a lock on it and they didn’t go all the way to the floor cause there was 2 inches missing at the bottom. The room was under a restaurant bar, so we could hear the loud music inside the room. The wifi didn’t work + the floors were dirty. We decided to leave because we wouldn’t have been able to sleep in there. We talked to the manager to try and change room or cancel our reservation, but he was just very rude. So we canceled the reservation with the fee. Clearly, wouldn’t recommend!

Ik ben al eerder geweest en was zeer tevreden. Wilde wil komen maar was helaas uitverkocht. Maar nu waren we er en alles was perfect...van het personeel,kamers, eten, locatie alles...vooral de dames die de kamers schoonmaken en de kok.. dank dank voor alles , maar ook de heren , Omar, Elias en Redouan ,zulke lieve professionele personeel die ons goed hebben geholpen en welkom waren.

Cons:

Alles was goed en hoop dat deze personeel /team hetzelfde blijft.

Inolvidable
Pros:

Una estancia inolvidable en un Riad de altísima calidad. La decoración es simplemente preciosa, con cada rincón diseñado con mucho gusto y autenticidad. Todo está impecablemente limpio, lo que se agradece enormemente y aporta una gran sensación de confort.
El trato del personal es inmejorable, cálido y siempre atentos a cada detalle. Queremos destacar especialmente a Ilya, el manager, quien fue increíblemente amable y cercano durante toda nuestra estancia. Siempre disponible, nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitábamos y nos hizo sentir como en casa.
Además, pudimos disfrutar de una actividad de biking que fue una de las mejores experiencias del viaje. Muy bien organizada y perfecta para descubrir los alrededores de forma activa y divertida.
Recomendamos este Riad sin ninguna duda. ¡Volveremos!

Wspaniałe miejsce do którego z chęcią wrócimy jeszcze nie raz!
Pros:

Bardzo przyjazny i zaangażowany personel - można poczuć się jak u przyjaciół! Wszystkie oferowane usługi dodatkowe, takie jak wycieczki poza Marakesz etc. są na tak samo wysokim poziomie jak pobyt w Riadzie. Personel daje z siebie wszystko, aby umilić pobyt.

Nie ma nic czego można by się przyczepić! Absolutnie nic!

Great location and excellent service for a Marrakech trip.
Pros:

The service at Riad Zi was so impressive. Redone and Yasaa always checked in on us and assisted us with local recommendations and gave us some cultural tips for walking around in the Medina. Whenever we come back to Marrakech we would stay at Riad Zi.

Wonderful stay made easy by friendly helpful people.
Pros:

Lovely quiet property perfectly situated for exploring the old city. The managers who extremely helpful and all of the staff were very polite and helpful.
