Pros:

El personal y su proximidad con la plz Jemaa el Fna.

Cons:

Las toallas estan super gastadas el color ya no es blanco e incluye alguna con remiendo.
Una lastima pues le resta puntuación.

Pros:

Riad très bien situé auquel on accède à pied (à 2mn de la porte Ksour, dans la Médina. Le souk est à 10mn (attention aux motos !) et la place Jemaa El Fna à un petit quart d'heure. Omar est très accueillant et nous a conseillé de bonnes adresses. N'eût été un problème d'évacuation (vite pris en mai), tout aurait été parfait. N'hésitez pas à monter sur la terrasse pour contempler la ville. Bref, à refaire !

Excellent service
Pros:

Absolutely loved our stay at the Riad Omar and his team were very helpful. They booked all our excursions and walked us to the taxi point and would pick us up . This was convenient as the walk to the riad was through the souks and it took a couple of days to get used to it. Breakfast was very nice and we also enjoyed the Riad dinner as we got there later in the evening . The pool was lovely especially when the sun would be out . The room would be nice and cleaned when we would return. They also had a massage parlour next to the Riad which was convenient .
The drivers drive very safely and looked after us when they took us for the excursions . The Riad charged us for everything at the end including transfers, taxis, and the excursions .
They recommended good places to eat too as I was worried about food poisoning .

Ottima posizione, a 5 min da Jema el Fna, staff gentile, pulizia discreta , prezzo competitivo

Cons:

Letto molto scomodo, insonorizzazione assente, colazione molto lenta(inizio alle 8, ma iniziano a portare qualcosa dopo venti min circa)

Pros:

Location is great, just after the entrance to Medina so good point for further explorations. Room is clean and has everything you would need. Staff is super helpful.

Cons:

All was good. Only the rooms are a bit dark, but I guess that is with all riads, and the breakfast could have a bit less carbs

Pros:

The staff were very friendly. The room was clean. We were not able to close the outer door of our room. The breakfast tasted good and was ready quickly.

Cons:

The bed was very hard and not comfortable. I didn't like that the outer door did not close properly.

Zeer sfeervolle accomodatie. Heerlijk ontbijt en super lieve mensen.
Pros:

De ligging in het centrum. Zeer vriendelijk en flexibel personeel.

Cons:

De kamer is ruim en douche en toilet is prima. Er zit geen enkele deur, ook niet naar de wc.

Hermoso alojamiento pero el horario del desayuno es muy tarde.

Está muy hermoso el hotel, la gente es amigable

Cons:

Tenis que salir a las 8:40 am del hotel, y el desayuno empieza a servirse a las 8 am, pero es en orden de llegada de cada uno de los huéspedes así que no pudimos almorzar ya que aún que bajamos a desayunar a las 8am, no nos sirvieron el desayuno hasta las 8:40am y no había considerado que tenía que pasar a pagar todavía en recepción al salir, por lo que al final fue un desperdicio de dinero ya que no pudimos ni desayunar.

Alojamiento centrico, fácil de llegar, decoración  cuidada, cama muy cómoda, todo muy limpio.

El patio interior es muy bonito, ideal para relajarte; y la terraza con vistas para disfrutar.

Pros:

A nossa estadia no Riad Zi, em Marraquexe, foi absolutamente maravilhosa. O espaço é lindíssimo, muito acolhedor e cheio daquele charme marroquino que faz qualquer pessoa sentir‑se em casa desde o primeiro momento.

Quero destacar especialmente a simpatia e disponibilidade do Omar, sempre atento, prestável e pronto a ajudar com um sorriso genuíno. As senhoras da limpeza também merecem um enorme elogio: todos os dias mudavam as toalhas de banho, deixavam o quarto impecável e até faziam a cama com todo o cuidado.

O pequeno‑almoço é outro ponto alto — variado, saboroso e servido com muita atenção ao detalhe. Começar o dia ali é simplesmente perfeito.

Recomendo vivamente o Riad Zi a quem procura conforto, hospitalidade e um ambiente verdadeiramente encantador em Marraquexe.

Sicurezza e cortesia nella Medina!
Pros:

La posizione: all ingresso della Medina , in pochi minuti a piedi raggiungevi sia i principali luoghi turistici nel centro, che quelli esterni.
La cortesia dei titolari: eravamo un gruppo di ragazze e ci hanno aspettato all ingresso della Medina per portarci al Riad, anche la notte alle una dato che avevamo fissato il trasporto con loro. Se possono ti aiutano veramente!
Colazione: ricca e abbondante
Tranquillità: non essendo proprio in mezzo alla Medina riposavamo tranquillamente
Camere: erano grandi e spaziose con tutto l’occorrente
Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!

Cons:

Nulla da dichiarare! Siamo state benissimo!

Pros:

The location was superb, friendly helpful staff. We had booked an excursion and the pick up point was changed which meant further to walk. The staff at the hotel explained there was a pickup point only 5 mins away and asked for the guide to meet us there instead which they did. Also I required a hot water bottle in the evenings due to a muscle problem and they happily obliged. Very polite staff.
