Pros:

Beautiful hotel at good location.

Cons:

Other guests had a child who thumped up and down stairs for a few hours. Given the price and quality it would be better to not allow young children.

綺麗な宿
Pros:

リビングと寝室が分かれていて、使いやすかった。アメニティも沢山あって皆喜んでいた。駅やコンビニにもアクセスが良かった。バルミューダ電化製品が使えたのが良かった。

Cons:

キッチンの壁、照明の埃が少し気になった。
少し潔癖症の者が居て、キッチンのスポンジを使いながらなかった。

Gorgeous quality that's worth repeating.
Pros:

What a wonderful design for a small space, in a quiet location, just tucked away from the main shopping areas. The entry way, bathroom and small kitchen area are downstairs. The living and sleeping areas were upstairs. This made the place feel more relaxing and kept food smells away. The provided samue jacket and pants were so comfortable, I asked to buy a set but was knocked back. The response I got from the concierge was it would be investigated for the future and other suggestions I made were received very well. Overall feeling was the place was high quality.

Cons:

With two people sharing the tiny wardrobe and floor space the luggage did get in the way a little bit. Needs hooks on the wall for hanging coats and bags in the entry way and in the bathroom. We noticed that the stairs had lots of scratches from luggage being dragged upstairs. This wasn't a solution for us as our heavy luggage would have been treacherous to carry back down.

Nice and cosy family space
Pros:

Love the cosy room and space. Suitable for families. Daily refills of water, towel change and garbage being cleared.

Cons:

Live chat via iPad was not working.
Luggage storage space available but was few minutes away walk away.

Instagrammable, but not worth the price. Don’t stay more than a night.
Pros:

The place is picturesque, very instagrammable. The bath was pretty nice, and the laundry machine was very convenient. There’s a really nice coffee place nearby (check in Riverain mall).

Cons:

For the price, I really regretted booking this place. There was mold on the bathroom curtain, a lot of smoke leaking in through the windows and you couldn’t close the windows (some were missing the handle), also the neighboring rooms with other guests were loud and I could hear other people staying in the same building very clearly.
