Lokalizacja i wi-fi . Nic więcej nie działa na plus w tym hotelu
Naprawdę rzadko piszę negatywne opinie bo nie jestem wybrednym podróżnikiem ale ten hotel to dramat więc chcę ostrzec potencjalnych gości którzy skuszą się fake zdjęciami i opiniami.
- komunikacja w języku angielskim słaba, osoba w recepcji coś tam mówiła ale nie można było o nic konkretnego zapytać bo na kilku słowach kończył się dialog
- pokój generalnie brudny, pościel chyba tylko wietrzą a nie piorą bo była nie świeża,
- mrówki dosłownie wszędzie
- łazienka wymaga porządnego wyczyszczenia i dezynfekcji szczególnie umywalka
- śniadanie totalne minimum jakie można zaproponować gościom hotelowym, byłoby milej gdyby obsługa na śniadaniu zainteresowała się swoją pracą zamiast siedzieć nosem w telefonie
Generalnie pobyt bardzo nieprzyjemny także naprawdę zastanówcie się czy chcecie mieć zepsuty urlop śpiąc w tym miejscu tym bardziej że cena za pobyt nie należy do okazyjnych

The shower was great and the close proximity to the beach
We spent two weeks travelling across, staying in multiple hotels — all of them cheaper than Mixay Hotel — and every single one of them was significantly better. This was easily the worst place we stayed.
We stayed here for 3 nights, and it was already too long.
From the start, basic hospitality was missing. You get one small water bottle per day and one toilet roll for two days, which just feels unnecessarily cheap and poorly managed. Even the bathrooms at the reception didn’t have toilet paper — when we asked for some, the receptionist seemed confused why we would need it, then pulled a roll out of a drawer behind her.
The “24/7 reception” is misleading. Most of the time, there is someone sleeping behind the desk on a camping bed. When we lost our key card and needed help around 23:00, we had to wake the receptionist ourselves — only to be met with an annoyed, rude and visibly irritated reaction. Not exactly what you expect from a hotel.
It gets worse. On our last day, we received a WhatsApp message asking for 150,000 VND for the lost key card (reduced from 200,000 as a “special price”), which just felt unprofessional and slightly absurd.
Cleanliness was a serious issue. The bathroom sink was covered in hundreds of small ants crawling over our towels, which is simply unacceptable.
We paid extra for a “sea view” room, but in reality:
• The balcony door offers zero sound insulation
• You hear the main road all night
• The “view” is mostly a bus parking area and a construction site
• We were woken up every morning at 6am by noise
The pool is located awkwardly in the reception lobby, which already says enough — no one used it, including us.
Room cleaning was minimal to non-existent. The only noticeable “cleaning” was the bedsheets being folded. On one occasion, we were even woken up at 9am for cleaning, only to return to a room that was completely untouched.
Hotel con vista sull’oceano, situato a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. La struttura e la camera si distinguono per il livello elevato sia dal punto di vista estetico che per la pulizia. La stanza è molto ampia, dotata di un piccolo angolo cottura e di un bagno con doccia corredato di numerosi accessori. Il balconcino con un salottino esterno rappresenta un vero plus, ideale per godersi il tramonto sull’oceano in totale relax.
La colazione poca scelta per un gusto europeo. Consiglierei di rivedere il menù in modo da accontentare più palati

I was positively surprised by this hotel considering the price we paid. The staff were wonderful – very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is also very good and convenient. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely book this hotel again.
