Had a great time!
Pros:

Convenient location near beach, convince stores and restaurants. Staff were kind and helped with cash and money confusion. Also, very clean and breakfast included.

Pros:

Cheated by Booking.com, reviews and advertisements, not value for money, we should have paid another 20-30% more to stay in better hotel, Booking.com should avoid doing false statements on the adds.

Expectation was a better hotel based on photos with value for money, spoiled the mood of holiday.May be a good place for budget,stay .Booking.com should show more better places

Do not go for the seaview room trap.
Pros:

Lovely neighborhood with some good places to eat and walk around
The staff is friendly and helpful

Cons:

I had a sea view room…very disappointing experience. The sea is actually very distant but instead you get the busy road +The room is directly above a fish market restaurant…so the smell of fish is disgusting…plus the noise both from the restaurant and the music until midnight from some nearby beach club or festival…
The light in the room does not switch off completely for some reason, so you have to sleep in the semi-lite room
