Do not go for the seaview room trap.
Pros:

Lovely neighborhood with some good places to eat and walk around
The staff is friendly and helpful

Cons:

I had a sea view room…very disappointing experience. The sea is actually very distant but instead you get the busy road +The room is directly above a fish market restaurant…so the smell of fish is disgusting…plus the noise both from the restaurant and the music until midnight from some nearby beach club or festival…
The light in the room does not switch off completely for some reason, so you have to sleep in the semi-lite room

Близость к морю-5 минут. Тихая улица. Рядом отличный магазин Full market, большой выбор сыра, фруктов, вина(цены ниже чем в магазинах типа А Маркет) - можно оплатить картой. Завтрак после отеля в Шанхае был очень скромный; несколько вариантов яиц, салат, рис, лапша, суп, ещё какие-то варианты местной кухни, тосты. Кофе отличный. Голодным не останешься. Стирка- надо сдавать на ресепшене, готово на следующий день, но порошок очень запашистый. Лифт работал. Бассейн на 1 этаж, около ресепшена, - детям очень нравится. Холодильник вместительный.

Cons:

В номере, как обычно, совсем нет крючков- панамы некуда повесить.

Checking in and out WORST experience ever 1staff unable to communicate in English. She was extremely uninterested in booking us in, to busy on her phone to direct us to our room. We were left to find it ourselves SHE SHOULD BE SACKED

Modern and clean
Pros:

Very nice room and hotel. We loved the pool and the distance to the see.

Cons:

Unfortunately the pool closes in the evening, we found it a bit disappointing that we were not able to go swimming when we cameback from the city.

Ich werde immer wieder das Hotel buchen wenn ich in Da Nang bin!
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, mit Balkon und Blick gegenüber aufs Meer. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Gegenüber die Baustelle hat es nicht wirklich gut ausgeschaut und war laut. Schwimmbad genau am Eingang neben Rezeption war jetzt auch nicht optimal gedacht.

The room was clean and room included breakfast.

Cons:

Early check in was not possible even for an extra fee, communication with the hotel before our booking was not good, we did not get any help. The reception staff on arrival was a bit rude. The pool looks nice but it is right next to reception not in a good spot.

Breakfast has few options but I wouldn’t recommend it.
