Pros:

I liked everything about this property. It is a little bit small in the rooms but other than that, I feel like the decor and preparation, and the facilities is top-notch. I love the complementary wine glass they give you when you arrive. And there was great customer service from Merelin! She went above and beyond. Great staff!

Great location, pleasant staff. We will stay there again in the future.
Pros:

Location is very nice. Right in the middle of town with access to everything.

Cons:

Parking was a bit confusing, but we sorted it out and the spot was fine, although around the corner.

El lugar ideal con todo cerca.
Pros:

Ambas recepcionistas super atentas, siempre muy amables. El hotel esta sobre la calle primera justo en el centro de ensenada, a 3 locales de la guerrerense, por esa calle hay cafes, sushi, desayunos. Definitivamente volvería.

A great place to stay that feels luxurious without the high price
Pros:

Excellent location as well as superb accommodations. Very clean, good quality linens and toiletries. Staff goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. We travel often and this is the first time we truly didn’t miss anything from home. Finally a place with more than enough outlets for all our electronics devices.
