Pros:

• The location is within easy walking distance of Levinski Market and Florentin.
• Although I didn't see any staff during my stay they were very responsive to messages through booking.com

Cons:

The room cleanliness:
• visible marks, including handprints, on walls.
• stained/marked and damaged curtains.
• mould and flaking paint above shower.
• shower floor and tile grout stained yellow/orange.
• visible dirt in hallway and on bedroom floor.
• long black and blonde hairs all over.
Comfort:
• lumpy, old, stained pillows.
General condition:
• cheap, damaged TV
• AC remote did not work, both TV and AC remote missing battery covers.
• broken/exposed light switch.
• damaged/chipped/scuffed floors and furniture throughout.
• cheap electronic door locks with no deadbolt, chain or other type of lock.
• blinking LED lights on hallway.
• tired carpets throughout.
• decor throughout - cheap.

There are other, better, hotels available for a similar price nearby - I will not stay here again.

מיקום מעולה אין דברים כאלה, אוירה נעימה במלון, החדר היה מוכן לפני הזמן והצק אאוט בשבת היה גמיש

Cons:

במלונות בהם אין קבלה התקשורת לפעמים קשה, אמנם ענו לנו גם מראש בחביבות, אך כשבאמצע הלילה השלט של המזגן לא עובד אין עם מי לדבר, לכן צריך לדאוג שהשלט יהיה חדש ולא מצו'קמק. גם קפסולות לקפה שכחו לשים. מצד שני בקשנו כרית נוספת וקבלנו.
