לצערנו, האזור עצמו הרגיש מאוד לא בטוח ולא נעים. בנוסף, הבידוד האקוסטי בחדרים חלש מאוד ושומעים כל שיחה או דלת מהחדרים הסמוכים, מה שפוגע במנוחה.
