הצוות היה זמין וענה במהרה במידה שעולה בעיה.
למעט בעיית מזגן שנפתרה במהרה - השהיה הייתה טובה ונעימה.

זאת פעם שלישית שלנו במלון. חדרים נקיים ויש בהם הכל מה שצריך : מקרר קטן , מכונת קפה עם קפסולות , פן . צ'ק אין וצ'ק אואט נעשים בצורה מאוד נוחה עם כל החנויות בהודעה .
מיקום של המלון פשוט מעולה . בטוח שנחזור עוד ועוד !!!
