You may not be the only one staying in your room even if you’re alone

Cons:

People screaming and loudly talking in the night after 12:00, even though we called reception to do something, they didnt. The receptionist also showed no interes at check-in, he was to busy doing nothing.

Pros:

Staff was nice, room was large, and breakfast was basic, but got the job done. There's a small pool and gym that were both functional, but you would have to request towels because they didnt have them stocked in the facility.

Cons:

Towels are old and stained, our room smelled like smoke (we had family in other rooms that didnt have that smell), and it was very loud. The doors and walls are thin and you could hear everything. There were altercations and parties happening in the rooms and in the parking lot both nights were were there, and you can pretty much hear it all. It's not the facilities fault for loud guests, but just keep in mind if you are looking for quiet, it may just depend on who else is staying there.

It is dirty and unsafe.

The property was dirty inside and out. There were cigarette buds under our bed. The room smelled like a smoking room. We were offered three other rooms because of smell and they all smelt the same. Parking was awful and felt so unsafe. There were many people sitting around the location who I was told weren’t even staying there. Management did offer a refund but it took over 40 days to get. We didn’t stay at this location. I think it about be reported to Best Western and not be part of Best Western anymore. It’s more of a rundown apartment complex. The pool was disgusting. It had cigarette buds and trash inside of it. Having a baby and trying to stay there truly disappointed me so bad. We will never stay here again and I have steered family away from here.

We spent 3 nights and it was without any issues.
Pros:

Location was good for us visiting family locally. Room was good and we had no issues. Breakfast was ok but not exceptional but was well serviced by staff. We would stay there again.

Cons:

The breakfast area was a bit cramped and many people took food away to eat in their rooms.

HORRIBLE! Refused to refund us and forced us to stay the second night.
Cons:

A worker broke into our room and stole only the bag of both my daughters underwear, sports bras, diapers, as well as my slippers and sweater that were in the bag, then went to the bed and stole both my girls robe's that were set up on their bed. They refused to refund us so we had no choice but to stay both nights, we had to put a chair in front of the door and take EVERYTHING every time we left the property.

Pros:

Staff definitely exceeded my expections. As a single mom with 3 kids who can be overly energetic, the staff greeted us with warm smiles, pointed us in the direction of the pool and even turned on the jets of the hot tub so it would be ready for me after I packed in all our stuff. Great hospitality is harder to come by these days, but the staff here were exceptional.

Everything was fine. We were there for the death of my mother-in-law, but I thrilled

Everything was wonderful except there was a cockroach in my room. The day I was leaving and it was so gross. Unfortunately, I would never stay there again.

Cons:

The location was excellent. I would just like to mention that there was a resident who said they live there and started washing their vehicle and was in an no parking area next to handicap where we were and started washing their car. Our car had just been washed. It was 90° outside. It was very disappointing that this person disrespected our property and not too cause problem. My Husband move the vehicle, which we had the right to be in a handicap and he was not in an area that was even to be parked at. It says clearly no parking. That parking slot is for handicap. When getting out of the car.

Pleasant stay for a quick overnight
Pros:

The parking is very limited at this location, but the rooms are clean and well-furnished. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

The hotel is older and showing its age. The new Holiday Inn next door makes parking difficult. The TV relied on wifi and kept freezing.
