Pros:

I think the facilities there exceed my expectation. There are swimming pool, gym, and one small convenience store. Unfortunately, I couldn't make it to the Spa (because I was busy that time).

Cons:

I left my Montigo cup (engraved my name there). But, none of the staff contact me or put some notice for loss items. So sad. And I think the staff shoud have warmer welcoming gesture for the guests.

I will never Go back to KSL HOT Spring
Pros:

Only the rooms inside not too bad.

Cons:

The so called hot spring was not there it was a very small jacuzzi, the other cold pools not working... Area was very dirty and disgusting, no person was around, sauna also not working, no instructions and when went down to reception for help...they can't be bothered. Very disappointing. The TV on the room terrible, no smart TV and no other channels, like the other hotels. Location very isolated, no shops, no food place. Even the swimming pool have to share with the residences, very dirty also.

A property worth the stay but not to dine
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable, bathroom was also clean. price paid for the room was justified for the overnight stay. Staffs were also friendly and helpful. Will definitely return for a longer stay.

Cons:

Breakfast was not worth the money, mushroom soup was thick and powdery, everything was cold, nothing commendable about the breakfast spread, in fact ended up having an upset stomach after the cold breakfast. Definitely not recommended to have their breakfast in the future.
