Alma Del Bosque Hotel

Super Lage in der Nähe des Strandes und des Zentrums. Sehr großes Bett mit sehr angenehmer Bettwäsche. Alles sauber, alles bestens. Carmen war eine hervorragende Gastgeberin, die sich um alles mit Leidenschaft kümmert (Zimmer, Anlage, Ausflüge und sogar Frühstück, wenn man möchte). Vielen Dank - mucho gusto y pura vida.

Rauhallinen ja viihtyisä pieni hotelli. Huoneet olivat todella siistit ja kauniisti sisustetut. Kaikki toimi hyvin. Majoittajat olivat sydämellisiä, tulivat laiturille meitä vastaan ja järjestivät seurueellemme yksityisen opastetun veneretken kohtuullisella hinnalla.

Es una muy buena opción para Tortuguero. Las habitaciones son correctas y están muy limpias. Camas cómodas. La ubicación con acceso directo a la playa es espectacular. Tiene una amplia terraza muy agradable. Ángelo nos ayudó en todo momento para la contratación de los tours. Pudimos contemplar el desove de las tortugas, naturaleza en estado puro, algo que no se olvida nunca. El tour de la canoa por los canales es muy recomendable, en canoa sin motor, tuvimos la oportunidad de ver distintos animales y disfrutar de la increíble belleza del Parque.
Volveríamos a alojarnos aquí sin duda.

La amplitud de la habitación! Todo reformado, moderno. Todo muy limpio. Carmen muuy amable, nos gestionó los Tours y los recomiendo, Angelo el mejor guía!! Estaba en frente la Playa, genial para dar un paseo. Zona tranquila.

És un projecte en construcció i es nota que en tenen moltes ganes. Tot estava molt net i era molt comfortable. L’atenció de la Carmen i de l’Angelo va ser excepcional en tot moment, ens van ajudar a trobar l’hotel i ens van reservar tots els tours i van fer recomanacions molt bones.
A més té una terrassa molt bonica just davant de la platja i on es veuen molts ocells.
És molt recomanable per fer una estada a Tortuguero.

I loved my stay here! The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, and there were great free toiletries (including conditioner). Wifi and AC worked perfectly. The shared terrace was the perfect place to relax and listen to the waves.

The location was also very good, a bit further away from the main street but you could walk there in a couple of minutes. The beach was right there across a small path and you could hear the waves to the terrace.

Booking tours was very easy through them and they were great! The turtle nesting tour was very informative and we had a much smaller group compared to some others. It was truly a highlight! Carmen also shared other tips for the town and was very responsive and kind when I had questions.

I would absolutely stay here again!

A stunning, newly renovated property right next to the beach. The place was very clean, had air conditioning and it was a very comfortable stay. The host spoke very good english and provided us with about activities and excursions with trusted local tours and even booked these for us. There was a lovely outdoor terrace where you could sit and where we sighted lots of macaws eating in the trees above! Couldn't recommend this place enough, thank you for our stay!

The room was very clean and nicely decorated. Also it had plenty of space so you didn’t feel cramped in space. The bed was very comfortable.

The location is awesome, just a 5 minutes walk away from the main road, where plenty of restaurants and coffees can be found. The hotel is in front of the beach, where you can see beautiful sunrises (if the weather allows :))

What we have enjoyed a lot is the terrace next to the room. We spent hours sitting there listening to the waves of the sea and bird sounds. We have been able to see many kind of different types of birds, like toucans, parrots and humming birds.

Besides the location, the owners Carmen and Angelo, are very helpful, lovely and kind persons.
Always good communication and they made everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

We have also booked different trips with Angelo aka Eagle-Eye (motorized boat trip for animal watching along the canals, canoe tour through the canals of the national park and a day walk through the natural park). He is an amazing animal spotter and has also a lot of knowledge about animals and nature.

The location was excellent. Just 5 minutes to the main street of the village. Tortuguero is very unspoilt and authentic. The scenery in the national park is breathtaking. Our hosts Carmen and Angelo, were so very helpful
Angelo took us on a canoe safari in the national park, early one morning. He is very knowledgeable and an amazing wildlife spotter.

We had a great stay at Alma del Bosque! The room was incredibly clean and comfortabele. The location is great: a quiet part of the town, next to the beach, from where you could easily walk to the park, boat, and cafes and restaurants. Angelo was an amazing guide who showed us the beauty of the area.
