Your only way from a souvenir shop take the elevator which closes 12 the room wasn’t clean enough it was just clean before we arrived water still everywhere am not sure that the sheets are changed
But otherwise location is good big room and great value
The staff were very friendly and they were very helpful in calling the bus company during our emergency and resolving the issue. I will definitely use them again next time I go to Sapa.
The hosts were super friendly and helpful. We arrived pretty early in the morning and they offered us early check-in free of charge. She sent me with all information about activities and foods to try in Sapa. The place is right in the center of Sapa, easy to walk everywhere. They have a little shop on the 1st floor that sell many souvenirs. Highly recommend this hotel.
