Pros:

The view was great, and so was the pool, the beach facilities were regular, with only two beach chairs per apartment, whether it was a 1 or 3 bedroom apartment.

Cons:

The staff were not

very friendly, or helpful. The apartment 1801 has a great view and good spaces, but poorly maintained, and not very clean, and no support if a drain was blocked, or something didn't work, you are totally on your own. We had to buy basic cleaning implements like a broom and a mop. No vacuum cleaner.

Spacious apartment with stunning ocean views and great amenities – a perfect stay for our family
Pros:

The apartment had an amazing oceanfront view and a fantastic location. We loved how spacious it was, with large rooms, each having its own bathroom, which made it very comfortable for our group of 8 (4 adults and 4 teens). The resort amenities, like the beach service, pool, gym, and parking, contributed to a positive experience. The property was clean and well-maintained, and the big balcony was a highlight. Overall, it was a lovely place, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We’d definitely return!

Cons:

While we had a great stay and we highly recommend the property, the elevators were sometimes a bit slow, especially during busy times like Thanksgiving, but since we were in a relaxed mood, it didn’t bother us too much. In the apartment, the kitchen could use a few more essentials, like oven mitts and hand towels, to make it even more convenient. These were minor details and didn’t take away from an otherwise wonderful experience.

Very nice property.

We had problems with the front door keys not working properly and we had to call security to open the front door every time we went out.

It was an enjoyable stay.

The view, it was also very clean.

Cons:

The apartment could use some more essentials in the kitchen in my opinion. Some oven mits, hand towels, more variety in kitchen cookware. Also, there is nothing in the kitchen as far as condiments. Example, salt, pepper, oil, spices. When you’re there for a couple of days it’s nice to have those available. Also, for such a high end rental a basket of light snacks and cold water in the fridge would make it so special. Also, 1 lawn chair is not enough for a rental apt that accommodates so many guests. I hope this helps. It would be a 10 with these changes:)

Overall it was very nice
Pros:

The condo was amazing big balcony clean

Cons:

The main pool was closed and the gym really needs updating and when you go to the beach the property chairs and towels was not exactly behind property they make you walk to far to get to there area we’re they offer chairs and towels
