We arrived at 3pm on the 26/12/25 looking forward to our 7 nights stay
When we arrived there was a guy outside so I told him my name and showed him our booking reference his answer was that there was no availability
We had booked through booking.com and payed through PayPal he told us he had told booking .com he was fully booked two weeks prior
Obviously he was lying and had kept our money then 10 minutes later told us we would get a full refund
Then next day we got about 5 percent of our payment back
We are now trying to get our money back through PayPal

Als wir ankamen, wusste niemand von uns. Man erzählte uns nach vielem hin und her, das man versucht habe uns zu erreichen. (Nummer und E-Mail waren allerdings hinterlegt und es kam nie eine Nachricht, erst nach Verlassen der Unterkunft, dass die Buchung storniert wurde). Man erzählte uns, dass wir zwar online gebucht hatten, allerdings noch nicht bezahlt hatten. Laut Buchung/ Benachrichtigung war nur eine Zahlung vor Ort möglich. Alle Zimmer waren belegt. Man habe zwar versucht uns zu helfen, allerdings hätten wir jede Nacht in ein anderes Hotel umziehen müssen.
Close near the beach, station 3 is the best if u not want it too crowded.

Probably the only thing good about this accommodation is its proximity to White Beach.
Wi-Fi was very unstable and slow. Water shower did not have a working heater and water pressure was very low. No toiletries provided. The room had a moldy smell. Bed was uncomfortable to sleep in. Loud noises in the morning from other rooms doing karaoke or some kind of partying.
Besides, it is clean and refreshing, the owner is nice and very accommodating. Will definitely book here again next time.😊

The accommodation is peaceful. You can work as well for those working from home set up. It is just far from the known restaurants and events place.

DONT BOOK HERE!!worst experience ever!!! I booked a day before, saying its non refundable and we should pay we should pay on the day we arrived at the property. BUT, the place withdraw the money ahead of time and when we arrived at the place we were denied check-in. i was told by the care taker that they dont accept prepaid payment and booking.com knows about this. NOW i dont know who to blame! I felt that i got SCAMMED and even booking.com cannot handle the situation fairly. We were informed after 1 hour and so of an alternative option via email but it was too late, and we had found and booked another hotel already. I just dont lost money but the blame and frustrations are on me and they just wash their hands off not helping to resolve this problem. NOW, I lost trust in booking at booking.com because of this event.
