Pros:

El hotel muy bien, al igual que la ubicación y el desayuno.

Cons:

Mi habitación daba a St. Mathew, por lo que a la noche hasta altas horas se escuchaba la música que venía desde los pubs.

Poor quality
Pros:

Central location

Cons:

A bit run down. Told I was being upgraded but was put in a room with broken air conditioning and left with a loud tower fan. Staff swearing in reception when arrived.

Truly awful - you have other options, you will never regret not staying at the HDN
Pros:

Rude unpleasant staff.

Cons:

Zero AC, tiny plastic fan and excuses the AC was not working - I had forgotten I stayed at HDN the previous year - if I had remembered I would have NEVER gone back. I cannot begin to describe how low this hotel has sunk in recent years. When it initially opened it was fun, nice, pleasant staff - now it's like staying at an IBIS, which is unfair on IBIS staff!!

Stay tarnished as one person very unhappy with room with broken a/c unit.
Cons:

Quite disappointing that the air conditioning wasn't working in the room allocated to our CEO, definitely required especially as UK temperatures so high. Wouldn't book again for this reason, effected the main person who we have to make sure everything runs smoothly for.

okay but reluctance to refund bfast cost was petty
Cons:

One couple had to leave (emergency) a day early we accept loss of room charge but disappointed that bfast was still charged. Offer to return bfast cost to original payment card was not fulfilled.
