Brilliant stay, couldn't fault it in any way and will definitely stay there again.
Pros:

Brilliant location, we had a room with a balcony which was fabulous.
Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of gluten free options.
All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Nothing, a brilliant hotel for Beatles fans or just as a high quality hotel.

Bel soggiorno a Liverpool
Pros:

All you need is love.....and a great breakfast
Pros:

Loved the beatles theme obviously and hearing the music around the hotel.
Staff were friendly and helpful, Bar area was great with good service and entertainment in the evening. Loved the cocktails too.
Room was great and comfortable, bathroom was a bit compact but fine, great powerful shower

Cons:

Breakfast was not so good so the next day we went elsewhere to eat.
The Fried eggs were like rubber and must have been under the light for ages. Bacon was dry and chewy. One coffee machine to serve the whole resturant so it took ages to get a drink. Limited choices on some breakfast items and they seemed to be running out of things and it was only 8.30. Shame really as it was the only thing to have let it down

The best location for a stay in Liverpool for any Beatles fan
Pros:

Fantastic location, literally around the corner from The Cavern. Fantastic interior and decor, with lots of quirky artwork and display about Liverpool's very own Fab Four. Nice choice of bars and a restaurant. A must-stay for any Beatles fan!

Cons:

In my particular room (103) there were no plugs nearby any mirrors which made drying/styling my hair quite difficult. Also it took a lot of faffing with the remote to get a picture on the TV. A few more teabags would have been great. Minor inconveniences though.

This was our 3rd visit to this hotel but rooms need improving.
Pros:

The staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating. Location is excellent. The beds are very comfortable. The drinks were very reasonably priced.

Cons:

We had to move the dressing table out to plug the kettle/hair dryer in - bad positioning. No bottled water in the room.
No water glasses in the bathroom. Poor lighting over dressing table and mirror was way too high when you sat at the dressing table. Getting in and out the bath for a shower was quite dangerous as it’s very high.
