Brilliant as always
Pros:

We've stayed at this hotel quite a number of times, the rooms are really lovely and spacious, the staff are so helpful and friendly and the location is central, brilliant place to stay

Stayed one night for theatre production. Great location and lovely hotel. Room upgraded to one with a balcony. Very nice
Pros:

The hotel is in a central place. Lovely bedroom very spacious. Breakfast good and lovely member of staff to greet us. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

On arrival the lady on reception very nice. On leaving the two men just seemed to be interested in their own conversation so not vey professional found this disappointing.

Comfortable, convenient and cool
Pros:

The location, the room and cleanliness and friendly staff.

The decor and the piano in the John Lennon suite was special and tastefully done

Cons:

Room was too hot as there was a problem with the temperature system - staff made us aware at check in. Big dirty stain on the cream carpet by the sofas. Breakfast was ok but nothing special…

Great location but didn’t live up to expectations or price tag. Will unfortunately not stay again as other local hotels
Pros:

Staff were lovely, great location and decent breakfast. Bed was comfy with nice sheets.

Cons:

Space was limited which led to difficulty getting to one side of the bed and desk. Finishing of the decor and bathroom was disappointing and we had a huge issue with the automated lights turning on no matter how often we cancelled them which left us with a disjointed sleep.

My husband was very happy so well worth the stay
Pros:

The building was beautiful and the location was very central. The bed was so comfortable and they upgraded us to a Delux Room which was very nice. Breakfast was good and pleased we got it. It was a birthday treat for my husband as he is a massive Beatles fan so he absolutely loved it.

Cons:

When we arrived we were told that the heating and air con weren’t working - we did have a small heater in the room and were told we could have more. However, this meant the bathroom was really cold. The shower was tiny with a rain shower head so really hard to keep your hair dry. If you were tall (I mean I am 159cm/5ft 2in) it would be a really tight squeeze.

Disappointed with the service but hotel was stunning.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, receptionist was superb. Loved the decor!

Cons:

Short staffed, bar lady had little to no clue as to what was going on and the bar wasn’t manned. Breakfast was shocking, restaurant was dirty! Bed wasn’t changed or room serviced for our entire stay.

Okay aber ich bin enttäuscht gegenüber 2019, als ich das erste Mal dort war
Cons:

Extrem unsauber ! Im Zimmer und im gesamten Hotel . Teppichböden müssen gesaugt werden, das wurde sichtlich nicht einmal gemacht.
Das Frühstück kostet 13 Pfund pro Person und es wird einem sehr wenig geboten .
