Overall, my updated room was quite comfortable and I enjoyed the genuine customer service.
Pros:

The view is amazing looking at Capri. The pool is nice and spacious also with an amazing view. The location is up in the mountain and a bit of a journey to get to, but once there, being higher up is what allows the views to unfold. All of the staff went above and beyond to facilitate any needs. Using WhatsApp to communicate was very convenient as well.

Cons:

Parking is a bit difficult due to the size and angles of the parking lot. Larger vehicles would need to park on the road. The property has stairs and sidewalks that have step downs that make it a bit difficult to haul heavy luggage into some parts of the property. Toiletries were a bit simple-bar of hand soap, lotion, and body wash; no shampoo or conditioner or other typical hotel toiletries.

Wunderschöne Anlage mit großartiger Aussicht!
Pros:

Die Lage mit Blick aufs Meer und nach Capri ist außergewöhnlich! Die Anlage ist nicht groß und sehr gepflegt. Das Ferienappartement ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Bäder sehr schön. Die Terrasse ist groß, mit Esstisch und Liegen.
Ein Platz, den man nicht vergisst!

Cons:

Restaurant und Cafeteria haben noch Luft nach oben. Aber es war die letzte Woche vor der Wintersperre......

L'emplacement est exceptionnel. Le restaurant est excellent. La salle de petit-déjeuner et le petit-déjeuner sont très agréables avec une belle vue.
Les options d'excursions proposées par l'hôtel sont très bien organisées.
