Excellent location, clean and comfortable accommodation. Helpful staff.
Pros:

Excellent location. Short walk to the lift and very close to many food options. Staff is helpful and answers questions about the area.

Cons:

Personally I prefer Japanese breakfast. The breakfast provided was plentiful and good however it caters to Western tastes.

Loved everything about our stay!!!
Pros:

The location is perfect. Walking distance to so many restaurants and shops and a convenience store across the street. The shuttle to the mountain is right out the front. Yummy food trucks everywhere around. Breakfast was really good and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. My family really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again and again!

Pros:

The M Hotel was a very nice place and well situated for nightlife and most importantly, Skiing. A free shuttle picks up right outside the hotel to take you to the slopes. You can't beat that. The morning breakfast was good and has a decent selection. The only gripe I would say is that the cook doesn't know how to make over-easy eggs. I think he has over-easy mixed up with over-hard because every time my wife ordered over-easy, they delivered over-hard. I was going to go back and show the cook how to make correct eggs (I used to work in a restaurant).
So the plus side to all of this is that the M Hotel (if going there to ski) is a great hotel to base out of. The rooms are a bit small (Smaller than a cruise ship standard room), but you're not there to stay in the room. Lots of fine dining choices within small walking distances and again, the free shuttle to the slopes is a big bonus. The biggest compliment I will give is the staff. They are FANTASTIC!!! Very helpful, very nice, and the positive attitude from them all shows that they are professional and caring towards the people staying there.
I WILL stay there again, when I return. THANK YOU STAFF!!!

Teach your egg cook what a real over-easy egg is.
