整體來說是舒適滿意的。
Pros:

房間蠻乾淨的，床的軟硬度適中，熱水溫度夠，免費提供洗衣精與洗碗精。入住的手續不算複雜，櫃檯人員會引導。

Cons:

本次入住房型為標準客房（淋浴間）
1.略顯狹小，需要把行李內物品放入房間內收納後將行李箱闔上放置角落，雖然能完全打開一個29吋跟一個25吋行李箱，但只要開啟行李就會無法在房間內移動。
2.缺乏晾衣桿或晾衣繩的設備，雖然有附上衣架跟晾衣夾，但房間內無位置可掛晾，只能在開放式衣櫥處與外套共用，或是掛在上層床邊。
3.廚房的抽氣機不夠力，不推薦煮味道太重的食物。
4.房間內無保險箱，貴重物品無暫放的地方。

在上野站附近，離入谷出口很近，在車站裡找入谷口有點小辛苦。
Pros:

好像家，什麼都有，一應俱全。下次𨗴會選擇stayme THE HOTEL Ueno。

Good location for access to Ueno station.
Pros:

Easy walk from Ueno station. All facilities that you need are available in the room.

Cons:

Too many messages from the property before arrival.

Even though a pre check in was completed, the check in process on arrival was overly complicated and not smooth.

整體空間夠大，隔音很好也很安靜，真的很適合一家四口到日本旅遊的住宿。
Pros:

整體空間很適合一家四口，在日本很有家的感覺，很有安全感。

Cons:

洗衣精只有2包，有點少，因為洗衣機容量只能洗7件衣服，所以要洗很多次，不過洗一次需要3小時，幸好睡覺時洗也不吵人。

Great location for a night when needing to be close to Ueno station.
Pros:

The property is very close to Ueno station which was very handy. The apartment was clean and toiletries supplied. Apartment has washing machine, small kitchen and dining table. Convenient for catching Shinkansen and local trains. We would return for 1 night when needing to be close to station.

Cons:

We stayed 1 night with 2 adults and 2 children before catching the Shinkansen but the space is too small to stay longer. I would recommend changing the sensor light in the kitchen and hallway to a regular light as it goes on soon as someone goes to the toilet and wakes everyone up.

4명 가족이라 담요, 타올 추가를 유료라도 하려했지만 모두 불가능해서 2명은 담요없이 자야했습니다.

整體來說非常好，是個會想讓人再次入住的飯店。
Pros:

1. 位置離JR上野站走路約5分鐘
2. 100公尺內有兩間超商
3. 有洗烘衣機超級棒（還附兩包洗衣精）
4. 有完整廚房、微波爐、餐具可自行料理
5. 浴室有浴缸可泡澡
6. 冰箱很大可放多日食材
7. 空間不大但仍可在地上攤開行李箱

Cons:

1. 冰箱內有前房客遺留的食物（半盒雞蛋、豆腐）
2. 乾淨的床上有幾根毛髮
3. 夜晚進出飯店大門無需密碼，也沒有櫃檯人員，安全上有些許疑慮。

雖然官網有載明只提供兩包洗劑,但對入住五晚天天洗衣來說,實在不敷使用。若能彈性提供或者比照其他公寓式酒店,設置一瓶會更便利些!!
另,暖氣無法到達盥洗室,美中不足!
