The staff was very nice and helpful! The rooms were clean, the accomodations were abundant and the location was fantastic!
I could ask for nothing more with our stay at this hotel! It served our purpose of being in the middle of the action in Tokyo, and was a place that felt safe and calm when we needed to unwind!

Everything was great - location, room, facilities. The staff is super helpful.
房間內分為一間三人房(可擴充成4人）、一間和室可睡2人、一張沙發床，我們7人算是住滿床位但空間不會覺得擁擠。房間跟和室有門跟拉門可以隔開睡眠空間跟起居空間，浴室非常大非常舒適，還有洗脫烘衣機在房間裡。樓下附近有兩三間超商。
說是離上野站很近，其實是離JR線的一個出口近，其他的支線、METRO線，走路至少都要8分鐘的距離，對於原本想帶長輩入住交通方便的地方的人，可能可以再多評估一下是否要住這邊，就是，還是有點點遠這樣。
The hotel is very close to Ueno station, very easy to travel. The room is clean and quite bit compared to usual room in Tokyo. The room has kitchen and washing machine. Staff is very helpful when we had trouble open the door.
It has only one elevator. Sometimes you have to wait a bit.

Convenient location to Ueno Station and away from the hustle/bustle. quiet, room layout with bunk very efficient use of space including kitchen and washer/dryer combo

密碼鎖很難開，我們5個人都有遇過開不了的情況，晚上11點半還聽得到電車的聲音，客服只能用 e-mail 或 booking 回覆，時效差。
So convenient and rooms lovely
The hotel is very near Ueno Station, which makes travelling into the city very convenient. It is just about 5-minutes walk away. There is a Family Mart nearby. It is where we get our breakfast from every morning. There is a sento about 10 minutes walking distance. The entrance to the sento costs only 650 yen with towel set provided. If you bring your own towel, it is cheaper. The room is fully furnished with a washing machine/dryer, microwave, induction cooker, fridge and utensils. There are many power outlets in the room which is a plus point. There are USB ports on the bed headrest which you can use to charge your phone without the need to use an international power adapter. We arrived early, and we left our luggage at the luggage storage area beside the reception counter and went out to explore the Ueno park. It is a sliding door cabinet but with limited storage space. You can tie your luggage handle with the lock provided and keep the key with you. If you lose the keys, it will take 2 hours for them to open the lock for you. So keep your keys securely. The Ueno park is just next to the Ueno station, There are museums, zoo and many cherry blossom trees. It is a very nice park to visit. We enjoyed the stay at StayMe Hotel. Small but pleasant. The staff are very helpful and they do speak English. Checking in was smooth with the help from the staff.
The induction cooker did not function. It can't be turned on (maybe we do not know how to use it) and it gave beeping alarm in the middle of the night and woke me up. But it is OK because we do not need to use the induction cooker as we do not cook our meals.
Good location for tourists. There is a front desk employee for the tourist if you need any assistance.
The room was perfect for our needs - our kids enjoyed the bunk beds and we loved our connected twins. We loved having a mini kitchen and a nice tv. The location is perfect for arrival in Tokyo - we took the narita express from the airport to the nearby Ueno station and walked about 10 mins to the hotel. I was worried about possible noise but the room was absolutely silent. We would stay there again.

The location was quite close to the Ueno station. It was also helpful that the hotel had locker for your bags if they needed to be stored before or after check out.
The place seemed smaller compared to the photos listed on the web.
