Pros:

Second time staying, the room size is considered big. Location is amazing with stores and restaurants around. The bus stop to Naran Tuul market is just behind the hotel. The front desk staff are nice.

Cons:

Breakfast food are not tagged so it's difficult to identify them.

Hot water seems to be an issue at night.

The cleaning staff do not seem to scrub well the white tiles, or the bath tub, we found peanuts on the bathroom floor.

Few concerns but still very good
Pros:

Super location. Building sign is visible from Sukhbaatar Square, just look up. Restaurants and 24 hours convenience stores are just around the corner. Walking distance to most attractions. Huge rooms with comfortable beds.

Cons:

There had been problems with water and plumbing. On our second night, there was no hot water. The next day, I woke up and opened the bathroom door with a strong odour of sewage, plus the water from both the shower and faucet were coloured fanta orange, which was resolved after a few hours.

The breakfast buffet food were not tagged, which is difficult to identify particularly the meat ones, for those with dietary restrictions. On weekends, the breakfast is plate service, in which they do inform the guests what food they have available.

Pros:

都心部に近いところ。渋滞が起こる地域なので到着時間は要調整ですね。

Cons:

特にないのですが、シャワーの温度調整が難しいこと、
湯船がないこと。シャワー室の足元の排水が良くないこと。

Great location for an Ulaanbataar stay
Pros:

huge score for location and price. Couldnt get more central and close to things in Ulaanbataar than where the UB Grand is located. The price was also awesome and great value.

Cons:

The room was great but its one of those hotels without much of a lobby or public spaces - so if thats your thing it might not be a good fit. Everything else was great

Das ist keinesfalls ein 4-Sterne-Hotel!

Die Lage ist sehr zentral - sehr gut!
Die Betten sind sehr bequem.

Cons:

Das Frühstück bot kaum Auswahl und war echt mies.
Wir buchten ein Deluxe-Zimmer und bekamem ein Standart-Zimmer. Dieses war wohl nicht gereinigt. Im Zimmer lag bspw. ein gebrauchtes Kondom am Boden und das Badezimmer war noch von den Vorgängern verschmutzt. Nach unserer Reklamation wurde alles sehr gut gereinigt. Man verrechnete uns selbstverständlich nur das Standart-Zimmer und schenkte uns eine Übernachtung.
Das Hotelpersonal betand darauf, dass wir vorgängig bezahlen. Kaum haben wir bezahlt, nahm man uns die Klimaanlage aus dem Zimmer und liess nur noch eine defekte da.
Beim Auschecken wollte das Personal nochmals einkassieren und verhielt sich uns gegenüber frech. Dank der aufbewahrten Quittung konnten wir belegen, dass wir beteits bezahlt haben.

Местоположение отличное, но обстановка в номере требует улучшения.
Pros:

Местоположение на твердую 10-ку.
Неплохой завтрак, хорошего кофе правда нет - но это по всей Монголии похоже так. Приветливый персонал.

Cons:

Очень нестабильная работа Wi-Fi.
Нет кондиционера в номере. Для отеля уровня 4 звезды это очень странно.
Всего одна розетка в номере. В неё включён удлинитель, пользоваться тоже неудобно.
В шкафу для одежды только одна вешалка. Одежду развесить некуда даже одному путешественнику.
В целом уровню 4 звезды не соответствует, 3 звезды это максимум.
