Pros:

Our stay at the hotel was great! I went here with my mom and stayed for 3 nights. The rooms are spacious, very clean and with a nice luxuriois yet simple aesthetic. The staff was very nice and accomodating to us and the hotel is situated very well close to both the shopping district near the area, as well as within a close walking distance to OsmanBey metro station . (If you want to go to the Grand Bazaar from here, I recommend the metro over the bus or tram)
The breakfast was tasty and simple, we're not very big breakfast persons so we only went once. Would definitely come again!

I’m very disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. The luggage had been opened without our permission. This is extremely concerning, as guests should be able to trust that their belongings and privacy will be respected.

I hope the management takes this matter seriously, investigates what happened, and improves their security and staff procedures to ensure this does not happen to other guests.

Wonderful hotel
Pros:

Wonderful stay . This is my 3rd time . Receptionist to cleaners and kitchen staff are excellent. Rooms are exceptionally decorated and bathroom is top quality. Locations is super , very close to metro and excellent shopping centre near by also so much restaurants are snack bars . Highly recommend.
