الفندق هادئ وفي منطقة حيوية الطاقم متعاون ولكن يفتقد للإبتسامة

تطفأ الكهرباء كثيراً لبضع دقائق
نصحونا بزيارة حمام تركي حسب البروشور الورقي الموجود في الريسبشن وسعره كان غالي فتفاجأنا بمستوى دون المستوى الموجود في البروشور والصور غير المعروضة ومستوى نظافة متدني وعمالة فلبينية وليس اتراك .. فنصيحتي لاتجرب وتخسر اموال على خدمة متدنية .

فندق جميل جدا ونظيف وجديد والاستقبال مريحين ومحترمين. خلفه بالضبط ميني ماركت صغير ومحل عصير. الشارع حي وكله كافيهات وفيه محلات للتسوق .بس شارع البوتيكات والتسوق الكبير لازم سياره... بس كانت أقامه مميزه

Pros:

Very conveniently located, the rooms are pristine, spacious, my room gift had an issue and when I raised it with the service team, they immediately replaced it and topped it up! This was very much appreciated :)

Totally satisfied with our stay
Pros:

It was an excellent stay. The rooms were well decorated and clean. The breakfast was very good with a lot of varieties. The staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks to all specially to Asli in the breakfast room for her great hospitality.

جميل جدا ورائع ومريح

الموقع جدا رائع ويتوفر بالقرب منه جميع الخدمات من بقالات ومطاعم ومصارف ومحلات تجارية ولاتحتاج للسيارة فقط تنزل من الفندق تحد كل شيء امامك
كما ان الموقع آمن ويقع على شارع رئيسي وبالقري من محطة مترو عثمان بي مشي خمس دقائق

قريب من تقسيم وذلك عبر الذهاب بمحطة المترو محطة واحدة من محطة عثمان بي الى محطة تقسيم

اطفاء التكييف للتوفير ، يقومون باطفاء التكييف عبر التحكم به وذلك للتوفير ، قمنا بالاتصال بهم عدة مرات لتشغيله
