L’emplacement le confort la tranquillité et puis très propre
Bon dans l’ensemble sa va à part le système d’ouverture des portes qui est un peu lent
Je n’ai pas apprécié le comportement de la femme d’accueil, elle était insolente et impolie.
Le petit déjeuner était compris dans le prix mais ils ont refusé de me le donner, j’ai dû le réclamer.
De plus, j’avais une réservation pour une chambre double mais je n’avais droit qu’à un seul déjeuner.
Il y avait des coupures d’électricité et d’eau, c’était désagréable.
Je suis déçue car c’est la quatrième fois que je réserve dans cet hôtel et certainement la dernière.

The decor is lovely. The hotel is very unassuming, which I liked due tot the country’s political instability.
The hotel upgraded the sink and toilet, but not the shower. It was gross. It also didn’t work on my last day. They fixed it, but I had to leave. I was also unimpressed by the breakfast which was pricey.
The Room is charming.
The shower needs a refresh. The hotel refreshed the sink but not the shower which was yucky. The last day, the bolt loosened and I couldn't take a shower. They fixed it, but I had to leave for my tour.
The room decor was nice, so were most of the staff members.
The location was close to some tourist attractions.
I absolutely didn't like the fact that the lady (the owner) told the staff that I shouldn't bring my food to the room because I didn't purchase it from the restaurant.
While I wanted to eat there, my preference was for Malian food, not french food, which they told me they don't offer.
I booked the hotel for the location, decor, review, etc NOT FOR THE FOOD. To say someone can't bring their food because they didn't buy from you is childish and goes beyond the standard of a professional establishment.
Even 5 star hotels don't do this. Plus, if this is a rule, she should have put it on booking.com and have it clearly stated once you check in. I double checked and I don't see it anywhere on the platform nor at the front desk or rooms.
The showers can also be improved. The shower head in the 1st room (201) was totally broken and the second place (202) semi broken. When you shower with closed doors, the water seeps through the glass panel. I had to ask for a towel.
Lastly, the tv barely worked. It was only the last 2 night it finally worked.
