A little bit of Paris in the heart of Africa
Pros:

This is an oasis of sophistication in the hustle and bustle of Bamako. The decor of the rooms and restaurant are amazing, a total surprise in this corner of the world. You might as well be in a Paris bistro for dinner, the food was that good. The bedroom was super sized and well equipped and the staff very helpful. Highly recommend

Je n’ai pas apprécié le comportement de la femme d’accueil, elle était insolente et impolie.
Le petit déjeuner était compris dans le prix mais ils ont refusé de me le donner, j’ai dû le réclamer.
De plus, j’avais une réservation pour une chambre double mais je n’avais droit qu’à un seul déjeuner.
Il y avait des coupures d’électricité et d’eau, c’était désagréable.
Je suis déçue car c’est la quatrième fois que je réserve dans cet hôtel et certainement la dernière.
