Pros:

It was an overnight stay coming from Ha Giang before going trekking and it fulfilled perfectly my necessities. The pho for breakfast was ok, but the owner was the best! She waited for me to check in very late (1-2am) since that was when my bus arrived.

Great stay and location
Pros:

Great location. Easy access for arrivals and departures via bus from hanoi. They all stops just 400m away from hotel. Walkable to sapa town. Spacious room, great tour services with guide Ms. Chai. Hot water available.

Cons:

It is not a fancy hotel and bit of wear and tear. But for the price they charge this far above the requirements.

Amazing hospitality of the hosts and great rooms.
Pros:

I would really recommend this hotel. The beds are super comfortable, and the rooms are spacious. Also, the hosts are incredibly nice and super helpful! When I was too early for breakfast, they still directly offered to make me some. They also drove me to my tour on their scooter without asking anything in return, and after already having checked out they offered me to shower after the hike.

Perfect place in Sa Pa, especially if you’re taking the night bus
Pros:

We booked for one night and ended up staying for three! The location is right opposite the bus stand, making it a convenient place to check-in at 3 or 4 in the morning. It gets quiet after 9:30 PM and the bed was comfortable so we slept really well. The room was also clean and spacious with a nice balcony. The best part though, are the hosts, simply the loveliest people we’ve met so far in our 2 weeks in North Vietnam. Chai booked the Fansipan cable car for us so we didn’t have to wait in a queue when we got there. She also organises a personalised 3-village trekking tour and takes you through the real hidden gems of Sa Pa. She even suggested the hot pot at their restaurant and we’re glad we tried it because it’s by far the best local meal we’ve had so far. One evening, her husband and his friends invited us for “happy water” and we had a blast! They even booked our bus to Ha Giang and helped with the motorbike for the loop. Thanks a tonne to the hosts, Vung (Donnie) for everything and also to their wonderful friends for a memorable time in Sa Pa.

Great location, food and comfy bed
Pros:

I loved staying here, felt very cared for and safe. The staff were super friendly, the beds very comfortable, and the location close to everything.
The restaurant food was super yummy. Will definitely stay again next year when we visit again.
