Very bad hotel for that amount of money
Pros:

It was close to beach and park

Cons:

It was an old hotel with old, not well maintained furnitures; very poor quality of the material that were available in the room and not special facilities for that amount of money they charged us, there was no wifi in the room and when I asked they didn't even bother themselves to check what the problem is. They didn't clean the room properly before we go, toilet was dirty, the toilet brush was full of water, trash like tickets and candy cover of previous stay was next to the bed on the ground, there was not hot water in the room as they didn't turn on the heater before give me the key, and my kid catch cold as she couldn't wash herself after being in the lack for 3 hours, even hair dryer didn't work to comfort her a little bit. There was bad smell of restaurant every where that made us unhappy and uncomfortable to even try their breakfast. Administration didn't even accept to give me some discount after all that has happend in their hotel. Although they were categorized as hotel in website and also there was written "Hotel Alma Ata" on their bussiness cards, they shamelessly said we are not hotel that you expect us hotel services. I NEVER recomend this hotel to anyone.
