Hotel recommended dining at restaurant across the road, which was not a simple walk due to having to still walk some distance and across a busy main road.

Horrible Experience: Cancelled on us as soon as we landed!

We made a reservation for two rooms at Hotel Ram Anandam Inn through Booking.com, selecting the "Pay at Property" option as it was the only one available. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I received a message on the app that our booking had been cancelled. When I called the hotel to ask about the abrupt cancellation, the receptionist simply hung up on me. I called again and demanded an explanation, only to be told that they had given our rooms to a walk-in guest. This left us stranded at the airport, extremely frustrated and disappointed, especially since we were traveling with elderly people. Finding an alternative hotel was no easy task, and the entire experience caused us a great deal of stress.

A clean and comfortable place to stay
Pros:

Located in a quiet area, away from the noisy streets. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The furniture and decor was pleasing. The bed was comfortable. Clean and big bathrooms, with hot water, shower.
The hotel provided us with toiletries.
The staff were helpful and provided excellent service. It is a newly constructed property and they are working on establishing their own kitchen.
