Cons:

أود تقديم ملاحظة بخصوص إقامتي في الفندق حيث قمت بطلب حجز غرفتين متقاربتين للأطفال إلا أن هذا الطلب لم يتم تلبيته وقد تمت مناقشة الموضوع مع موظفي الاستقبال وتم وعدي بمعالجة الأمر ولكن لم يتم تنفيذ ذلك حتى موعد مغادرتي من الفندق.

كما تم طلب خدمة تنظيف الغرفزولم يتم تنفيذ الطلب بالشكل المطلوب.

ومن الملاحظات الأخرى

* ضيق مواقف السيارات الخاصة بالفندق.
* استخدام مدخل ومخرج واحد للمواقف مما يسبب صعوبة في الحركة.
* ضعف العزل بين الغرف، حيث يمكن سماع الأصوات والإزعاج من الغرف المجاورة بشكل واضح

Pros:

The place is really good, nice and quiet.

Cons:

The staff name Zuchra iin the reception, she’s not accommodating at all. She doesn’t even know how to smile. She’s rude.
But kudos to other staffs, they r really good👍
