Decent, met expectations.
Pros:

Location is great, multiple department stores within minutes. Plenty of food options downstairs and nearby too.

Cons:

You get what you pay for: there's no window. It wasn't a deal breaker for me, I enjoyed bring oblivious to the outside world (once in a while).

I took the stairs 1 time, and met a huge rat.
