Excellent location.
Our stay was in a 1 bedroom apartment. Check in was fully automated and VERY easy. There is no on-site staff to assist in person but they are very responsive through WhatsApp if you have any questions or needs. (There is also a self-service amenities area in the lobby if you need more coffee supplies, bedding or towels).
The room was spacious and well-appointed for the price point. The main entrance is on a very busy pedestrian only street, but we felt safe coming and going at all times.
There are lots of restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping very close to this hotel. Starbucks located across the (narrow) street. The main subway - Metro - line is a 2 minute walk away. The bed was firm, but comfortable. Good air conditioning in our unit, and the building itself was very quiet.
There is a small self-service laundry room on the third floor, use the WeWash app for service (very convenient)!
If we find ourselves in Madrid again, we would happily stay here again.
Very nice and clean little apartment. Very comfortable king size bed, a nice kitchen with complimentary coffee. We were offered free breakfast which was also very nice. Definitely would go back.

Quiet and right in the center of Sol
Housekeeping was so friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Everything we needed for our stay. Super centric.
Everything is good but hotel located in pedestrian zone so it's inconvenient to carry luggages in and out bcz car can't park in front of hotel door. You have to move your luggages by walking from abt 10-15 mins distance. All the communication exchange by whatsapp ( robot ) , some situations is hard to explain bcz robot can't get it 100%

Nice and clean, is located right next to a Carrefour which is great, the only thing is that is in a pedestrian street so you need to walk some minutes woth your luggage.
Recently renovated property right next to Puerta del sol, groceries, shopping and the metro. The apartment had all necessary amenities including large comfortable beds.
Great location! Very clean and spaciois! This was our third Numa stay and it never didappoints.
The area of this property makes it easy to get to where you want to go. The roof top terrace makes a great place to sit and unwind from your busy day. Over all I would book there again.

This apartment is in a great location. There was easy access in and out. The air conditioning worked great. Any questions we had were easy to communicate. The rooms were comfortable. Would definitely book here again.

Unbeatable location but very quiet, we slept very well. Clean and spacious room. Stocked with kettle and kitchenware. Self check-in which was a bit of a hassle but after that entirely automated and easy. Prompt communication over whatsapp for all details.
