Ideale locatie : rustig autovrij gedeelte bij winkels en restaurants , kort bij het strand.
Onthaal : super vriendelijk en in ons geval heel flexibel in tijd. Incheck en uitcheck vlot.
Interieur : slaapbank OK , TV OK , Frigo Top , koffiezet en koffie !
Verwarming OK

Séjour très agréable.
L'emplacement est top.

Le logement est tout proche de la place centrale de Ostende et de la digue. Donc idéal .
Au rez de chaussée le propriétaire dispose de son restaurant asiatique; cela évite de devoir cuisiner..
Pour cuisiner, il aurait fallu avoir des casseroles et autre ustensiles en plus (ex une grande pour faire des moules...) , passoire pour faire des pâtes ,, couverts pour les plats (prendre les pâtes, louche, ) ... voir recommandations en magasin de cuisine française.
ET tout serait encore mieux .

Me and my family had the pleasure of staying in this lovely one-bedroom flat, and I can’t speak highly enough about the experience. The flat itself was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the living area was bright and welcoming, and the kitchen had all the essentials for cooking at home.

What truly made this stay exceptional, though, were the hosts. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely kind people who clearly care about their guests’ comfort. They provided great local tips, checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly, and were always available if we needed any help. They also provided us extras for our baby!!! Their hospitality turned what would have already been a great stay into something truly memorable.

If you’re looking for a clean, charming flat with hosts who genuinely care, this is the place. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The apartment Les Charmes d’Ostende was the perfect accommodation for a few rainy days in Ostend; very central in the heart of the city and its pedestrian shopping area with plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and bakeries nearby and a short walk away from the seaside promenade and beach, as well as galleries and museums. The apartment is quiet, spacious, spotlessly clean, nicely furnished and decorated with great attention to detail, plenty of towels and mini-toiletries and the kitchen well equipped to cook a decent meal if you are staying longer. The coffee machine with a supply of pods was a real bonus. The bed and sofa bed in the living room were both comfortable with freshly laundered bedding and the baby cot came with a mattress which is a rarity these days. The check-in was smooth; nice to get the keys in person instead of an access code. The owners were friendly and helpful and let us stay until 5pm on our checkout day. We also very much appreciated the detailed message with directions to the apartment and local parking facilities prior to arrival. We were keen to try out the restaurant from the owners downstairs but sadly it was closed. We hope to go back, so next time…
