Everything was well organized and pleasant
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the owners were friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the peaceful environment.

Super gezellig en super koud !
Pros:

Ideale locatie : rustig autovrij gedeelte bij winkels en restaurants , kort bij het strand.
Onthaal : super vriendelijk en in ons geval heel flexibel in tijd. Incheck en uitcheck vlot.
Interieur : slaapbank OK , TV OK , Frigo Top , koffiezet en koffie !
Verwarming OK

Cons:

Slaapkamer : vooral 's avonds palmen de geuren van het restaurant de hele slaapkamer in doordat de afvoer er los door loopt. (zou misschien beter afgeschermd moeten worden zodat het geurdicht wordt)
Toilet : nog af te werken.

Espace de l'appartement

Cons:

- très mauvaise odeur (du restaurant au rez de chaussée?) imprégnant l'appartement et les draps du lit pliable
- salle de bain nécessitant un rafraichissement
- toilette en travaux? Plaque de platre apparente, trous ici et là
- couverture du lit d'appoint malodorante
-lit principal avec matelas déformé par occupants précédents

Nous avions réservé en toute dernière minute (15h le jour même) le propriétaire n'avait pas vu notre réservation

tb pour la situation/ moins pour l'autonomie "repas"
Pros:

Le logement est tout proche de la place centrale de Ostende et de la digue. Donc idéal .
Au rez de chaussée le propriétaire dispose de son restaurant asiatique; cela évite de devoir cuisiner..
Pour cuisiner, il aurait fallu avoir des casseroles et autre ustensiles en plus (ex une grande pour faire des moules...) , passoire pour faire des pâtes ,, couverts pour les plats (prendre les pâtes, louche, ) ... voir recommandations en magasin de cuisine française.
ET tout serait encore mieux .

Pros:

La struttura presenta alcuni elementi positivi :
-host gentile
- posizione comoda in centro a pochi passi dalla spiaggia
- appartamento ampio e luminoso

Cons:

Gli aspetti negativi riscontrati :
- odore forte e persistente nell’appartamento ( nonostante le finestre chiuse) di cucina , cibo e spezie in quanto al piano terra c’è il ristorante etnico del proprietario
- bagno in camera senza porta divisoria
- nel lavandino e nella doccia l’acqua ristagnava, forse necessita di manutenzione
- tenda di plastica nella doccia
- troppo caro per ciò che offre
