Pros:

We love this place because of the staff. They are so helpful and kind, and always take care of us.
Rooms are very comfortable and spacious, well equipped with essentials. And the hotel is central to town and ski resorts.
Thank you Jae and all of the staff at The Maru, we really appreciate you taking care of us once again. See you next time we stay in town.

Very clean, warm hotel with helpful staff.
Pros:

Jay was extremely helpful. Always answered my questions and messages very quickly. The front staff was helpful when we arrived early for our check in. They also kindly arranged a taxi to the ski resort.

알펜시아cc에서 가깝고 가성비가 좋았어서 2번째로 예약했는데,

Cons:

여름성수기 금액이 너무 비쌌음. 다른 곳은 더 비싸서 그냥 예약함. 비성수기 방문시 대비 객실 청소상태가 안좋았음. 개선 필요.

Located in the edge of the downtown and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Short drive or taxi to the ski areas.

Cons:

Room rate charged was not the same as my Booking.com reservation.

Great stay with very helpful receptionist!
Pros:

Very spaceous and brilliant service. The receptionist was very helpful with advice. It was winter time and very cold outside, but the room was always in perfect temperature.

Location was near enough to the ski resorts, but still had to take taxi as it is the most convenient. Several food options nearby the hotel, but many of them only opens at night
