El personal de recepción fueron muy amables y eso que tu vieron que atendernos a las 12 de la noche.

Cons:

Nada mas entrar en la habitación tenia un olor... era como tabaco mezclado con sudor.
Tuvimos que bajar a recepción porque se nos desmagnetizo la llave la única noche que íbamos a dormir...

La ubicacion

Cons:

El hotel necesita un repaso, parece que en ese hotel vivió y murió Alfonso VIII, las camas viejas colchón viejo y las colchas no te cuento, muy muy viejo. Además hubo una convención de estudiantes que nos amargaron las noches, en lugar de ponerlos a todos en la misma planta los repartieron por todas y eran chavales jóvenes

Carísimo, habitación sin vistas, no tienes donde dejar el coche

No hay aparcamiento para dejar el coche, tienen uno concertado que es muy pequeño, está siempre ocupado.

Pros:

El hotel está en pleno centro de Cuenca en Plaza España, en cuanto a ubicación se refiere esta perfecto , pero si lo que vas a visitar son las casas colgantes lo que es el centro histórico queda un poco a desmano.

Cons:

No me gusto que figura en la página que tienen parking. El parking es concertado con el de Plaza España pero no reservan plazas, por lo que si el parking está lleno no tienes donde aparcar y aparcar en el centro es todo zona azul, por lo que la búsqueda de huecos se dificulta y mucho.

Buena ubicación.
Pros:

La ubicacion, la cama y el silencio

Cons:

Las escaleras de acceso hasta el ascensor, el baño se inundaba si o si xque la alcachofa del mismo no funcionaba bien
El desayuno muy muy justito y no de buena calidad.
La habitación hubiese agradecido una reforma.
