Pros:

Close to a commercial street, very noisy. The staff at the customer service was not very communicative and seems annoyed by our presence. My room was cleaned once in an entire week. The beach is 12 minutes walking distance from the beach.

Pros:

UNSAFE!!!! Minimal security. One tiny lock on our door that was loose. People shaking our door during the night trying to get in. No soap, towels, paper towel or tissue. Shower broken off of wall, shower curtain badly stained, faucet of sink broken, leaking ceiling that left a puddle on the floor. Completely shady. Left after 1 night. Couldn’t leave sooner as there was never anyone at the desk and when she was, she was rude and not helpful at all. Very concerned about our safety

Pros:

Over 24 years visiting hotels in DR throughout the country, this was the worse one I've ever visited. AC didnt work from the moment we got there. Water faucets in the shower falling apart. After 30 minutes of being in the hot and humid room, we decided to lose the 4 days paid and looked for another hotel. Notice their pictures are beautiful on a screen, but it's totally different when you get there. And the beach is about an 8 minute walk, so don't let the pictures fool you--you won't be by the beach. Worst experience ever with any hotel.
