It was decent.
Pros:

It has a nice view to the ocean and the room is comfortable overall.

Cons:

The toilet made this sound every time you would flush it and it was annoying sometimes there was noise really early and it won’t let us sleep.

Una estancia muy agradable y familiar
Pros:

Nos gustó la ubicación junto al mar y cerca de los negocios de Ixtapa.
Nos gustó la piscina y la playa.
También nos gustó poder estar todos juntos.

Entiendo la política de que no puedes cancelar la reservación pero, que por orden del dueño porque según el en agosto estamos en temprano baja (mentira, estamos en temporada alta) no puedo hacer cambio de fechas aun cuando en la aplicación dice que si tengo derecho a ella y que lo único que aplica es que yo pierda.mi dinero..
Que poca. El hotel podria estar bien pero, con esa actitud gandalla, no lo recomiendo para nada. Podría decir que fue un robo, un fraude...

Estafa no es lo que publican en sus fotos.
Pros:

Nada, fue una estafa, no se parecía en nada a las fotos y aparte pedían 1000 plr prestarnos los conteoles de tv y minisplit. Horrible... no vayan.

Nos hicieron unas vacaciones felices

Un ambiente familiar y de respeto, la cocina buena, el personal amable y respetuosos, instalaciones muy limpias, la playa excelente, sus colaboradores salvavidas bien capacitados de primera, la recamarera tiene la habitación muy limpia regresaremos pronto

Room within another hotel, staff of that hotel not friendly.
Pros:

Beach front.

Cons:

It is within another hotel, the Tesoro, and the staff from that hotel are NOT very welcoming with guests from Enna Inn, they even make you pay extra for the bracelet that you need to use the facilities, is only 10 mxn but it shouldn't be an extra charge.
Also, you have to leave a deposit for the keys, the remote controls and the towels, it feels cheap to do so.
