We were hungover as all hell in the morning and they were kind about getting us out for checkout

Loved our stay here for 2 nights!!!
Pros:

Everything about the Old Town Hostel was very good. At the top of that list were the owners, so kind & very helpful. They took care of every one of our needs including hooking us up with getting specialty clothing made. I highly recommend staying here.

Cons:

No complaints, all was great!!!

Pros:

We liked everything! Upon arrival we got all the information we needed for our stay. We were offer bikes to rent, what we did and it was amazing, also the car to go to the airport. Driver arrived on time and drove caustiosly. Our beds were comfortable, the room was as shown in the pictures. Location was excellent, couldn't be better. Just walking a few minutes from the main attractions. Breakfast was delicious!! Last but not least, the service was EXCELLENT. THANK YOU so much for taking care of us.

Céntrico y limpio. Dueños encantadores
Pros:

Está súper bien ubicado. Los dueños son un encanto. Te ayudan en todo. El desayuno está bastante bien y a mediodía se puede comer ahí (recomendable).
Las camas son súper cómodas.
Al segundo día nos dejaron mas toallas limpias y botellas de agua, sin coste adicional.
Me lavaron la ropa por buen precio y me la dejaron bien y con muy buen olor.

Cons:

Lo único que diría es que había unos mosquitos en la habitación pero es imposible que alguno no se cuele.

Şehrin kalbindeki bir aile oteli
Pros:

Öncelikle, oteli işleten aile gerçekten, çok ilgili ve güleryüzlüler. En ufak isteklerinizi bile hemen karşılamak için çabalıyorlar. Yaklaşımları çok pozitif. Oteli anlatacak olursak, öncelikle, lokasyon çok çok iyi. Merkeze, yürüyerek max. 10 dakika mesafede. Ana yol üzerinde. Otel çevresinde, aradığınız herşey mevcut. Otelin giriş kısmında, oteli işleten aileye ait küçük bir kafe/lokanta mevcut. Gayet lezzetli yemek ve içecekler mevcut. Fiyatlar gerçekten çok makul. Ücretsiz kahvaltıyı burada servis ediyorlar. Kahvaltı seçenekleri çok fazla. Ben, ön cephedeki 3 kişilik odada kaldım. Oda yeteri kadar büyüktü. Ortak kullanılan bir balkonu var. Bu balkonun odaya ait olmasını isterdim çünkü diğer odadaki konuklar da sizin oda pencerenizin önüne kadar geliyorlar. Bu durum biraz rahatsız edici. Normal boyutta bir android tv mevcut. İnternet gayet hızlı. Klima güzel soğutuyor. Buzdolabı küçük ama tek kişi olduğumdan çok sorun yaşamadım. Kıyafetleriniz için temiz bir dolap mevcut. Banyo biraz küçük ama çok da sorun değil. Düzenli olarak, siz söylemeseniz bile, 3 günde bir, oda temizliği yapılıyor. Oda fiyatı, olanak ve lokasyonu gözönünde bulundurulunca, gayet makul. Ama küçük bir sır vereyim, booking.com üzerinden rezervasyon yaparsanız daha ucuz. Tüm aileye teşekkür ederim.

Cons:

Oda duvarları biraz rutubetli, çok rahatsız edici değil şu an için ama tamirat yapılmaz ise ileride, misafirleri rahatsız edecek durum oluşabilir. Ama bu durum, Hoi An'daki pek çok otel için geçerli, ben daha önce 4 defa bu şehre geldim, çok daha lüks otellerde de kaldım, o otellerde de bu rutubet olayı vardı. Bir de çok fazla sivrisinek var. Ben, elektrikli sivrisinek kovucu kullandığımdan çok sorun yaşamadım. Olumsuzluklara çok takılmamak lazım. 😁

Excellent séjour et petit déjeuner local
Pros:

Le personnel est adorable, la guesthouse est très conviviale !
Le petit-déjeuner le matin avec des plats locaux (le thé citron et le monsieur qui vous grille votre poulet au barbecue, délicieux !)
Superbe emplacement, au calme tout en restant très proche de la vieille ville
Les services au top (ménage, laundry)
Nous nous sentions bien accueillis ! Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent
Restaurant avec bons plats à la carte

Cons:

Le check-in est bien à 14h comme indiqué et pas 13h (il y a un soucis d'affichage sur certains sites Bookings sur l'horaire, peut être à corriger avec les plateformes)
