Cons:

Very disappointing stay. I genuinely do not understand how this hotel has such a high rating. The rooms are extremely small and not as comfortable as expected.

The breakfast was exactly the same every single day, with very little variety. What disappointed me the most was the lack of empathy from the staff. I was recovering from surgery and feeling unwell, yet I was not allowed to take my breakfast to my room, even for medical reasons. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and showed no understanding of my situation.

Overall, the service did not match the hotel’s reputation. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

Lit confortable, climatisation opérationnelle. Prix correct.

Cons:

La chambre est petite, avec vue sur un escalier, forte odeur d'encens, la chambre se réchauffe rapidement heureusement qu'il y a la climatisation. Le personnel à la réception a une niveau tres variable en anglais, ce qui rendait la communication compliquée. Petit déjeuner moyen. Les jus de fruits sont mauvais.
