Cozy place in quite area
Pros:

Very cozy rooms, staff is very supportive. Overall great value for the money.

Cons:

Breakfast could have more hot dishes, I've been staying for 3 nights, but only once we had omlet\scrambled eggs. A little bit far from the subway station walking uphill quite resourceful, that said very easy to reach with cabs. Small issue, no ramps (only stairs) hard to reach reception with heavy luggage.

Disappointing check-in experience despite the issue being resolved.
Pros:

The hotel staff kept their promise and moved us to the originally booked rooms the following day.

Cons:

We booked two double rooms, but upon arrival, we were informed that our reserved rooms were occupied. Instead, we were offered alternative rooms, all without windows and located in different buildings.

We agreed to stay in these rooms temporarily, on the condition that we would be moved to our originally booked rooms the following day. Despite the inconvenience, we paid the full amount for our entire stay upon check-in.

Although the hotel staff fulfilled their promise and moved us the next day, we still had to spend our first night in rooms that did not match our booking or expectations.

A confirmed reservation should guarantee the advertised accommodation from the first day, without requiring additional arrangements upon arrival. Although the issue was eventually resolved, the check-in experience left a negative impression.

They cancelled last minute the booking.
I arrived late my flight was cancelled. When i was there they told me their booking was canceled.
So they are unreliable.

Számunkra az volt az érzés, hogy a vendégek kényelme és a problémák kezelése háttérbe szorul.
Pros:

A reggeli átlagos volt, és szinte minden nap ugyanazt kínálták. Ha az utolsó órában mentünk le reggelizni, több ételt már nem töltöttek újra arra hivatkozva, hogy az aznapi adag elfogyott. Tojásételként csak főtt tojás volt elérhető, az omlettért külön felárat kellett fizetni. Rendes kávé sem volt, csak instant, por állagú kávé, amit magunknak kellett elkészíteni.
A környék alapvetően jó, sok étterem és vásárlási lehetőség van, de a főbb látnivalóktól messze esik, sokat kell tömegközlekedni. A környék ráadásul nagyon meredek, dombos.

Cons:

A szobánk nagyon lehasznált és koszos volt: sérült, foltozott tapéta, foltos szőnyeg, sötét kilátás egy személyzeti vaslépcsőre. A fürdőszoba különösen rossz állapotban volt, az elszívó kívülről is fekete penészes volt. A problémát jeleztük, de csak három nap után helyeztek át másik szobába, addig a személyzet folyamatosan lerázott minket, az írásbeli üzeneteinkre pedig nem válaszoltak.

A reptéri transzferrel kapcsolatban is ellentmondásos tájékoztatást kaptunk: a páromnak azt írták, hogy nincs ilyen szolgáltatás, nekem fél nappal később 60 eurós árat adtak, miközben a szállodában 55 eurós ár volt kiírva. Később mégis azt állították, hogy nincs transzfer, miközben rendszeresen láttunk transzferrel érkező vendégeket.
