Una estancia agradable !!
Pros:

Tiene una ubicación muy buena. A 400 mts de la Rua de Aliados y de la estación de Metro Trindade donde paran todas las líneas. La habitación es muy confortable, con muebles y decoración moderna. El baño impecable, moderno y con abundante agua caliente. En su entorno hay bares y restaurantes.
La comunicación con el personal fue vía WhatsApp.

Pros:

La ubicación, puedes ir andando a los sitios de interés, es una zona bien transitada con bares y restaurantes buenos. Para aparcar por la zona es difícil porque es todo de pago.
Tiene una cocina con una nevera para los huéspedes en la primera planta.

Pros:

Spacious room, nice view from the balcony, welcome drink, and well informed instructions on check-in and out. Convenient location for some attractions, restaurants and cafes.

Cons:

The shower room's floor was a bit slippery and slimy and some molds on the corners. It would have been great if the shower room had been cleaned more thoroughly.

Pros:

Really liked the place, easy check-in procedure, great location, great value for money.

Cons:

Only small little details that could do with repair, broken light switch, shower head was great but only small things overall great place, I would stay here again when back in Porto.

Muy buena, repetiría
Pros:

Lo que más me gustó de la estancia fue la ubicación, que resultó inmejorable, junto con unas vistas espectaculares. Además, el alojamiento estaba muy limpio y bien cuidado, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera aún más agradable. Sin duda, un lugar cómodo y recomendable para alojarse.

Cons:

Lo que no me gustó fue que la habitación tenía muchísimas escaleras: había que subir la cuesta de la calle, las del edificio y, además, unas adicionales porque estaba en una guardilla, algo que no me quedó claro al reservar y que resulta poco inclusivo para personas mayores o con dificultades de movilidad. Por otro lado, no contaban con servicio para dejar las maletas. Esto nos supuso un gasto extra que no teníamos previsto.

It is cold, and the heater doesn’t make the room warm at night. There are ants behind the bed. The washroom door doesn’t close, and the shower gel is empty.
