Dans la mesure où la chambre n’était pas climatisée, nous avons eu chaud malgré le ventilateur. En effet, pas moyen de dormir fenêtres ouvertes tant les bruits de la rue étaient insupportables. Il serait honnête de préciser dans la description que la chambre est située au dessus d’un restaurant 🤨
the view from the balcony was beautiful, great location, plenty of restaurants and bars in the area and walking distance to all main attractions
maybe a little fridge or kettle would have been nice, maybe a change of fresh towels, but nothing major the room was great, communication and check in was easy
Excellent location, close to the main avenue and lots of good restaurants nearby. Self-check-in was appreciated, although my key locker was tough to open.
No AC. Just a loud standing fan you have to run all night to sleep in summer. A coffee machine was provided but no coffee, mugs, or glasses (a duplicate reservation in another room had them, mine didn’t). There’s a sign in the shared kitchen saying you can’t take dishes/glasses to your room, but there’s no staff on site to tell you this directly, you only find out from a notice. Maintenance throughout the property was poor: broken/dripping shower hose with weak pressure, loose wall plugs, a broken balcony door with no handle (found it later in a drawer), uncovered drill holes, and water damage on the shared kitchen ceiling. There was also debris near the nightstand that hadn’t been cleaned. The bed frame was unstable, it lifts and shifts when you move. Soundproofing was essentially nonexistent; I could hear the stairs in the next room and everything in the main hallway.

Na 5 dagen geen verse handdoek maar er stond wel op als ze op de grond lagen dat er nieuwe waren voorzien. Die hebben we niet gehad

The location was amazing. We were very close to a lot of things around the city.
The view was also very good. Was nice to watch the sunrise from time to time
1 The cleanliness: the bathroom always smelt like an I cleaned toilet, the shower had mould in some places, the extractor fan barely helped with the smell.
1.1 THERE WAS NO CLEANING SERVICE, even though it was advertised. We too had to empty our trash in the dustbin in the common kitchen area. To top it all off, we used the mugs given in our rooms, and because they didn’t come collect/clean our room, we left the mugs in the kitchen sink assuming they would be cleaned by the kitchen staff. They remained untouched during our stay
2. Aircon: aircon was not strong as it probably was an older model.
3. The noise: we heard noise from the restaurants downstairs, and from our neighbor who stayed in unit 3. They said that quiet time starts at 11pm, our neighbor came in at 11pm and played loud music from their room.
4. Bed: the bed wasn’t that comfortable and the bedding felt old. The duvet cover barely covered the duvet, it was coming out from the bottom which made making the bed difficult
5. The stairs in the room - we were not aware of that, made moving in a bit hard.

El alojamiento está muy bien situado y es una muy buena opción para quienes buscan un lugar funcional para alojarse en la ciudad. La relación acalidad precio es muy buena. Mucha luminosidad, buen aislamiento acústico y térmico. Para quienes buscan un alojamiento independiente y sin servicios hoteleros tradicionales puede ser una opción perfectamente válida.
Personalmente me sorprendió que se presenta como un hotel y la experiencia se acerca más a la de un alojamiento turístico de gestión autónoma. Durante nuestra estancia no había recepción presencial ni servicio de limpieza diario de la habitación o cambio diario de toallas, servicios que personalmente esperaba encontrar al reservar un hotel.
Creo que sería positivo explicar con mayor claridad en Booking el tipo de alojamiento y los servicios disponibles, para que las expectativas de los huéspedes se ajusten mejor a la experiencia real.
A mejorar: no tiene aire acondicionado, no hay gel y champú diferenciados (solo mixto), los colgadores de toallas no permite que se sequen fácilmente (mejor barra que percha), la alfombra del suelo no da mucha confianza en cuanto a higiene y limpieza (no porque no lo esté sino por el material en sí, parece dificil de limpiar),

Es un apartamento en el centro histórico por lo que se nota antiguo. Las fotos se ven preciosas pero la realidad es otra.
Nada más abrir la puerta del alojamiento nos encontramos con unas escaleras por las que tuvimos que subir con la carga de las maletas y todo lo que llevábamos por lo que fue súper incómodo. Muy poco adaptado e inaccesible para otras personas.
Lo de tener cocina compartida es como si nada, no íbamos a dejar comida ni líquidos en un frigorífico compartido al cual puede acceder cualquier huésped. Si pusieran una mini nevera en la habitación ayudaría mucho.
También entra mucha luz en la habitación, las puertas de las ventanas y la puerta de la entrada son de madera y no cerraban bien y las cortinas no tapaban la luz.
La TV antigua.
Al estar justo arriba de bares y zona de ocio hay bastante ruido por la noche a primeras horas de la madrugada.
No hay aire acondicionado, hay un ventilador por lo que si hace calor como fue nuestro caso, es un poco molesto tenerlo encendido toda la noche.
La cama es cómoda, pero no hay almohada sino que son dos cojines.
Skvělá lokalita, výhled z balkonu a posezení na něm, sdílená prostorná kuchyň/jídelna s lednicí a dalším vybavením, měkká pohodlná postel, klimatizace, wifi, Nespresso kávovar přímo na pokoji.
Špinavý sprchový kout a zápach z jeho odpadu. Také jsme hned po prvním příchodu na pokoj našli chomáč vlasů.

Sehr heiß und stickig in der Nacht - Lüften schwer möglich, da die Straße sehr laut ist aufgrund einiger Bars.

Que no tuviera aire acondicionado
Lokalizacja, wystrój, czystość, karafka z wodą, kawa herbata w pokoju, czysta toaleta. Mieszkałam na 1 piętrze i naprzeciwko mojego pokoju był „otwarty” pokój gościnny z aneksem kuchennym, gdzie można sobie zrobić jedzonko, usiąść w fotelu ( zimą przy kominku), to pomieszczenie jest współdzielone i każdy może tam przyjść, jest z fajnym widokiem z balkonu na wieżę city hall. W pokoju miałam wszystko czyściutkie, wygodne łóżko. Na tej uliczce jest sporo fajnych knajpek! Jest blisko do Metra, i do głównych atrakcji Porto. Bardzo przyjemny pobyt
Nieprzyjemni zapach „szamba” z łazienkowych rur, ale po wywietrzeniu / użyciu znikał.
Niestety spłuczka nie działa prawidłowo - trzeba długo trzymać guzik zanim woda poleci :(
