Would not recommend especially for families.
Pros:

One thing I like about the property was the aircon. It was very cold. The beds were also okay.

Cons:

Mostly everything. The front desk upon entry was not appealing for a Red Doorz property. The toilet bowls had brown marks all over. The comfort room door is broken with a shower curtain to make it all “better”. It also has a very odd smell all over the room. Smells like pee or something.

Uncomfortable stay. Smelly and Dirty. DID NOT REFUND ME FOR THE EXTRA BED EVEN WE DID NOT STAY FOR THE SECOND DAY.

Cons:

The room smells bad, with incomplete amenities. No Pest Control. More mosquitoes in the room. Comfort room doors are not suitable. Advertised Images do not fit on the actual.

Small hotel, good for a few days while visit the Enchanted river area
Pros:

The average hotel was situated in the middle of the village hinatuan, a very peaceful safe village . At the moment there was a fiesta so we really liked the streetfood and the market
Wifi was good

Cons:

When we arrived, they didnt provide us the room we booked. Instead they wanted to put us in a very tiny improvised room where they quickly put a matras on the floor for our son… when i confronted them with the booked large familyroom they felt uncomfortable and it appears they gave our room (booked 4 months before arrival) to other people. At last they gave us a temporary other big room for one night. Since we were only there for 4 day it felt uncomfortable because we couldnt unpack our lugguage the first day. Next day we could go to our booked room and that room was comfortable with a large double bed and 2 extra beds …..
They also didnt provide the promised free drinkable water every day
