Cons:

Cheguei na madrugada e quando fui ao meu quarto, não havia sido realizado a limpeza. Estava com as toalhas e os lençóis sujos usados pelo hóspede anterior. Como estava de madrugada e não havia funcionário disponível, tive que dormir naquelas condições. Sempre me hospedei nesse hotel, mas dessa vez a experiência foi muito ruim.

Funcional para uma noite apenas
Pros:

O ambiente é limpo, a mobília do quarto é boa, o banheiro é limpo e o atendimento foi espetacular. Próximo à rodoviária.

Cons:

Cama desconfortável, o Wi-Fi não funcionou quando precisei, o local à noite é muito esquisito e deserto, não ter café da manhã pelo preço e o que mais me incomodou foi o local onde ficam as recepcionistas. A região de Sobral já é quente e as recepcionistas ficarem em uma área sem ventilação, abafado por horas, no meu ver, é crueldade. O proprietário do hotel poderia disponibilizar um ar-condicionado no local. O atendimento foi a grande vantagem do hotel, no entanto, ver as recepcionistas em um ambiente insalubre incomoda bastante.

Experiência desagradável!
Pros:

Localização, unicamente.

Cons:

Higiene precária, desde a portaria. Portaria INSEGURA durante a noite. Não tem estacionamento.
Atendente mal-humorada.
Não tem elevador e ninguém para ajudar com as malas. Das 23:00 h até as 11:00 h do dia seguinte não há funcionários no hotel. QUARTO RUIM: TV e internet não funcionaram: cama velha e péssima; ninguém apareceu no quarto para trocar toalha ou higienizar nas 03 diárias que passei por lá; forneceram apenas 01 unidade de um sabonete minúsculo para higiene facial e para banho; não tinha shampoo; água da torneira suja, podre. SEM CAFÉ DA MAMHA!
