Fabulous Stay !!
Pros:

Was greeted by disrespectful security at the front door, told wife with head scarf cannot enter pool. Made a big mistake staying here, place and rooms outdated and in terrible condition. Many other family friendly hotels in the area that are not racist and act as if they are running a business in the dark ages.

The beds were okej and the kids pool.

Cons:

I had to shower on the floor as their shower heads were no working, they brought me breakfast at 11:20am and came to take it at 1:30 in the morning. When they brought the breakfast I found insects in my tomatoes, which should of been checked before sending to my room. They checked me in without giving and information about my stay, I had to work my way around it with my son. This should absolutely not have 5 stars. At the pool the lifeguard was so rude and has no patience for kids even though he is working at the kids pool, my son is scared from the water and he kept shouting at him not giving him his time to come down the slides. I had to leave and look for another hotel. + how can a 5 star hotel not have hair drier in the room, its available upon request. Really poor quality, I would not recommend this place. Not worth the money at all.
