Pros:

Location is brilliant, seaview from my room the best, generous space

Cons:

Cleaning below standard, reception area never manned, but front door open 24/7, non-existant customer informaion, kitchen with zero equipment.

Pros:

Omgeving ,Kadıköy ligt heel dicht bij alles wat met moda te maken heeft.In slechts 10 minuten bent u aan de kust en Haven.geweldige locatie .Murat, een van de medewerkers, is erg aardig en vriendelijk.

Cons:

Er lekte voortdurend water uit de douchecabine. Handdoeken worden alleen vervangen als u erom vraagt, ze brengen dus niet zelf handdoeken mee. De douchekop is kapot en blijft niet stabiel staan. Ze vragen veel geld voor verblijf dit soort dingen moeten gedaan worden.

They cancelled the booking without informing. I called them one hour before I arrived. They said they will check the reservation and cancel right away, telling me that they may find another accommodation for me. Unprofessional and seems scam.

Appartement en chantier, sale et dangereux — établissement malhonnête à éviter absolument.
Pros:

Absolument rien. L’expérience a été décevante du début à la fin.

Cons:

L’immeuble était en plein chantier, avec des câbles électriques qui pendaient dans le hall d’entrée.
Notre chambre était elle aussi en travaux : murs non terminés, portes manquantes (seuls les cadres en aluminium), sol couvert de poussière et éclairage très insuffisant, surtout dans la salle de bain.
Nous avons dû passer la première nuit faute d’alternative, puis avons quitté les lieux dès le lendemain.
Le gérant avait promis de nous rembourser les dernières nuits, promesse jamais tenue.
Expérience scandaleuse, à fuir absolument.

Lage perfekt, Bad leider nicht.
Pros:

Die Lage ist Perfekt, die historische Straßenbahn fährt direkt am Hotel vorbei. Haltestellen ca. 100 Meter.
Zimmer großzügig.

Cons:

Das Bad ist sehr kein, die Dusche fast noch kleiner. Hotel sehr hellhörig. Personal spricht nur türkisch.

I will not recommend the hotel to anyone
Pros:

Convenient location close to the port and to the ferry in order to get quickly to the city center

Cons:

A two-room room with a kitchen was ordered upon arrival, it turned out that there was no such room available, we were placed in an ordinary one - room without a kitchen,which spoiled our entire vacation. Room are old with old renovation and very stale plumbing

Nur die Zentrale Lage, mit dem Personal hatten wir nicht viel Kontakt, aber die zwei Kontakte, die wir hatten, war freundlich.

Cons:

Die zwei Räumlichkeiten im Kellergeschoss sind furchtbar, ist echt eine Zumutung, das Bad stinkt, die Badvorrichtungen sind verrostet, Schranktüren, teilweise kaputt. Wir haben beide Zimmer genutzt, sind vom einen Zimmer ins andere gezogen. Gegen Aufpreis, im ersten Zimmer hatten wir ganz kleine Fenster, und viel zu viel Lärm über Nacht, konnten nicht schlafen, im zweiten Zimmer gab es keine Fenster nach draußen. Im übrigen war das Treppenhaus nicht sauber. Zu den oberen Zimmern kann ich nichts sagen.

For this price at this location you won’t find better I think, even few hours before check-in. Definitely a good choice,
Pros:

The stuff - however they didn’t speak good English - was very very nice, feels like a family business. They were very welcoming and made me a super nice Turkish breakfasts, included in the price. Location is just awesome.

Cons:

My room was in the basement without windows. Also, I think a little refurbishment could improve a lot for this little, cute hotel.

Good location.

Cons:

I have provided credit card information through the booking to make a reservation and one week later my credit car was charged multiple times (3000 TRY in total) otuside of Booking from another hotel in Istanbul, located in the same street. The staff did not respond to my mesaages until threatend with the tourist police. The owner was calling me on WhatsApp multiple times and is denying any connections to the tranasactions.

A small capsule coffee machine in the room would be magical.

My friend and I came here for a vacation, and
Our two-room suite with a large terrace at this hotel was perfect for us. We were greeted warmly and offered tea while we waited for our room. The staff was very helpful. The room was very cozy, and the terrace was magnificent, with a view of the Bosphorus and the Sultanahmet Temples. It's perfect for morning coffee, a smoke, and enjoying the view. The beds are very comfortable, perfect for a large family or group of friends. The hotel is conveniently located in the Moda district, near the pier and the promenade, a tram stop, and plenty of cafes and restaurants. This is where you can really get a feel for Istanbul life.

Do not stay here. find another place.
Pros:

the neighborhood great. other then that, nothing much. the place should not be for rent on booking.com - misleading information and booking did not offer much help.

Cons:

Where to start. i rented the 1 bedroom w/ a kitchen. This was not a kitchen. rather a broken stove, no dishes, no utensils, etc. only a little frig and a kettle. secondly - i asked before i booked if they had internet that worked. was assured that it worked - well not inside the unit i rented. and the kicker was that on the 4 day of my stay - i booked for 1 week - i was told that i had to move to another room in 10 minutes because workman had to renovate my room. and not one person on site communicates in english. everything seemed to be no big deal to them. and booking.com was not much help either. i ended up just leaving and finding another place. i do not recommend. false advertising. and the place is super run down, everything broken.

Hem turistler hem de iş seyahatindekiler için mükemmel. Sakin konumu sayesinde dinlenmenize olanak tanıyor. Manzaralar muhteşem, görülecek çok şey var ve deniz sadece birkaç adım ötede. Kahvaltı taze ve lezzetliydi. Tekrar geleceğim.

Мені не сподобалось нічого. Те що побачила я була просто в шоці. Все грязне. Те що вони пропонують не відповідає реальності. Я була просто шокована. Я ніколи і нікому не порекомендую цей готель.

Мені все не сподобалось. Коли ми приїхали і стали шукати адресу. То в нас була зовсім інша адреса. Нам пощастило тільки в одному чоловік розмовляє турецькою. Коли ми подзвонили нам закинули зовсім іншу адресу. І коли ми вже знайшли готель то мене ще більш шокувало.. тому що вони пропонують гарні кімнати. А селять зовсім в інші. Як виявилось нас поселили в кімнаті де колись був хамам. Я просто була в шоці. Ми тільки переночували одну ніч. А плату з нас зняли за два дні.
