Very happy will be staying again. This was our second within a year

Comfortable room but noisy.
Pros:

Breakfast was only an hour 8-9 which is unusually short- but we didn’t know so missed out by ten minutes

Cons:

Quite noisy into the early hours and no offer of anything to eat in the morning as we had missed breakfast. We were both hungry and had a 3 hour drive ahead of us. Having paid we would have expected at least a slice of toast!!

Poor - wouldn’t recommend.

Cons:

Hot and cold taps are wrongly plumbed on both the sink and bath / shower. The shower screen leaked so badly it flooded the bathroom after every shower and the bathroom floor had lifted as a consequence. The mattress was awful. Badly damaged.

Pros:

Spotless bedroom and a very good size with large bathroom. Comfortable bed with quality bed linen. Cracking breakfast with parking right outside 👌

We stayed because it was close to the Village of Bellerby which was the reason for our visit.
Pros:

Nice little town and friendly people. We had a great Dinner and lovely cooked breakfast.

Cons:

The floor in the room sloped on one side and bed mattress was very soft. Also it was very warm in the room and no fan.

We had a lovely two day break and hope to return.
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently placed in the middle of Leyburn. Our room was clean and comfortable with a good shower and a view over the market place. The staff were all friendly and helpful, with a special mention to Paula who cooks a mean breakfast! We also dined there for two evenings and they were also delicious.

Pros:

Warm and Friendly Staff with a good atmosphere. Breakfast was a Full English, with a Cereal bar, juices and coffee. A generous meal. Our room was clean, recently renovated and comfortable. A nice place to stay, and great value.
