Wir waren leider sehr enttäuscht
Pros:

Wir waren dort 4 Tage ohne Verpflegung. Wir hatten extra ein Hotel mit Onsen ausgesucht. Das traditionelle Onsen hat sich als öffentliches Onsen ausgestellt, welche auch für Tagesgäste offen war. Es war leider nicht sauber, sehr voll und das Wasser war nicht mehr warm. Das Wasser wirkte abgestanden und es lief kein neues Wasser nach. Wir waren schon in mehreren Onsen und waren sehr enttäuscht. Allgemein wirkte es sehr unpersönlich und von Personal hat nur die Frühschicht einen begrüsst. Das Zimmer war sehr modern und sauber.

Cons:

- Das Onsen war ungepflegt und das Wasser war nicht warm (Schlimmste Onsen Erfahrung in Japan)
- Man konnte das Zimmer nicht abdunkeln
- Onsen ist auch für Tagesgäste geöffnet
- Es gab kein Wasser auf dem Zimmer
- Ab Nachmittags war das Personal sehr unfreundlich
- Der Zimmerservice kam ins Zimmer obwohl wir ein „Nicht Stören Schild“ an der Türe hatten

Fantastic place to stay!
Pros:

Amazing Hotel, great location, friendly staff and large onsen. Very cool modern retro style room.

Cons:

The second floor has a smoking room and once in a while you can smell it in the hallway. Not a bad thing but if you really don’t like the smell of smoke, ask for a room on another floor.

最高！また泊まりたいし、人におすすめしたい。
Pros:

総合的にとてもよかった。近くの温浴施設も回れたし、清潔感に溢れている。シーズンオフだったからかコスパがとても良い。
またスタッフのサービスもよく、近くのおすすめのご飯屋さんを教えてもらえた。

Cons:

お部屋に備えつけのお水はなかった。
