The day time receptionist - Gaurav Rathore is extremely manipulative. He initially asked me to cancel the booking and pay in cash directly instead of UPI payment which I refused to do.
Post which I had US $300 missing the next morning which I suspect was due to an uncalled for entry to the room when I was out. When I complained to him , He said it's impossible etc. I asked him to show me the CCT footage where he argued and told me to come the next day knowing fully well that I had a flight.

I was suppose to get classic triple room but instead some shady room which was completely dirty was provided to me.
The room was completely different from the given pictures and when after check in I tried to talk to the manager about the issues he was not even entertaining any of the problems rather started creating issues. Afterwhich I called the customer care number provided in the booking the concerned person kept my phone on hold for 20 mins after listening to my problem regarding the stay and cut the call on my face without giving propert justification for the same and one again I called the customer care number but no revert or problems were resolved by the customer care provider.
